Why prepaid
Email sends are metered per email and prepaid: if the balance hits zero, sends pause until you top up. (AI generations beyond the free tier are charged after use at actual cost and can create a small temporary overdraft before your next top-up.)

What happens if I run out of balance?
Your broadcasts will be paused until you add more funds. You'll receive notifications before your balance runs low, so you can top up in advance.
Do unused AI credits roll over?
No, the 10 free AI prompts reset each month. Additional prompts beyond the free tier are billed based on actual AI usage cost and deducted from your prepaid balance.
Is there a minimum monthly spend?
No. You only pay for what you use. If you send and receive 0 emails in a month, you pay $0.
Is inbound priced the same as outbound?
The standard base rate is the same: $0.001 per accepted email. The monthly 3,000-email free allowance applies to outbound email. Mail that gets rejected before acceptance (unknown recipients, blocked senders, recipient filter) does not count and never appears on your bill.
Can I get a refund on my prepaid balance?
Yes, you can request a refund for unused balance within 30 days of adding funds. Contact our support team for assistance.
Do you offer volume discounts?
