Exchanges & Returns Policy

Exchanges and returns must be lodged and returned back within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return labels are at the expense of the customer and can be purchased via our online returns portal.

Full Price - will be eligible for an Instant Exchange, a Standard Refund or a Store Credit to the value of the purchase price of the goods;

Final Sale - Items clearly labelled "Final Sale" are considered final sale and are not eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit, unless deemed faulty. 

Promotional Discounts | Vouchers - will be eligible for an Instant Exchange only. This includes all codes manually and automatically applied. Final sale policy applies if discount code is applied to a final sale item.

Welcome Code - When purchasing with your welcome code, you will be eligible for an Instant Exchange, a full refund or a store credit to the value of the purchase price. Final sale policy applies if the code is applied to a final sale item.

If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.

Refunds are reversed onto the form of payment used for the order, i.e. credit card, Afterpay account (or similar) or credit note. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please note, if your order used both store credit and another payment method, store credit funds will be reversed first.

Any amount refunded or credited in accordance with the above will be less sales tax, duties and any shipping charges.
