Humphrey Bogart was an American actor.
History[edit]
While discussing Bart Simpson's act of writing his name in wet cement, Homer Simpson compared it to the tradition of celebrities leaving their handprints and signatures in sidewalks in Hollywood. He argued that people did not object when famous actor Humphrey Bogart defaced a sidewalk, suggesting that Bart's actions were not a serious offense.[1]
Humphrey Bogart portrayed Rick in Casablanca, and Bart and Lisa were on a treasure hunt and dug up a buried film canister with an alternative ending.[2]
A picture of Humphrey Bogart as Rick was seen on the wall in Springfield Sardi's.[3]
One of the tombstones in Springfield Pet Cemetery was for Humphrey Boa-Gart, a snake, who Lisa discovered was on the rolls of registered voters who had cast a ballot for Mayor of Springfield for Sideshow Bob.[4]
When Abe was in the war and his girlfriend was Lola Bonanza, he received a letter from Bonanza stating that she had cheated on him with Clark Gable, Humphrey Bogart, John Wayne, Gabby Hayes, and Shemp Howard.[5]
