    Lip Reading

    Lip Reading

Cross Audio-Visual Recognition using 3D Architectures

The input pipeline must be prepared by the users. This code is aimed to provide the implementation for Coupled 3D Convolutional Neural Networks for audio-visual matching. Lip-reading can be a specific application for this work. Audio-visual recognition (AVR) has been considered as a solution for speech recognition tasks when the audio is corrupted, as well as a visual recognition method used for speaker verification in multi-speaker scenarios. The approach of AVR systems is to leverage the extracted information from one modality to improve the recognition ability of the other modality by complementing the missing information. The essential problem is to find the correspondence between the audio and visual streams, which is the goal of this work. We proposed the utilization of a coupled 3D Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture that can map both modalities into a representation space to evaluate the correspondence of audio-visual streams using the learned multimodal features.

    Machine Learning PyTorch Scikit-Learn

    Machine Learning PyTorch Scikit-Learn

Code Repository for Machine Learning with PyTorch and Scikit-Learn

Initially, this project started as the 4th edition of Python Machine Learning. However, after putting so much passion and hard work into the changes and new topics, we thought it deserved a new title. So, what’s new? There are many contents and additions, including the switch from TensorFlow to PyTorch, new chapters on graph neural networks and transformers, a new section on gradient boosting, and many more that I will detail in a separate blog post. For those who are interested in knowing what this book covers in general, I’d describe it as a comprehensive resource on the fundamental concepts of machine learning and deep learning. The first half of the book introduces readers to machine learning using scikit-learn, the defacto approach for working with tabular datasets. Then, the second half of this book focuses on deep learning, including applications to natural language processing and computer vision.

    Marvin

    Marvin

    A batteries-included library for building AI-powered software

Meet Marvin: a batteries-included library for building AI-powered software. Marvin's job is to integrate AI directly into your codebase by making it look and feel like any other function. Marvin introduces a new concept called AI Functions. These functions differ from conventional ones in that they don’t rely on source code, but instead generate their outputs on-demand through AI. With AI functions, you don't have to write complex code for tasks like extracting entities from web pages, scoring sentiment, or categorizing items in your database. Just describe your needs, call the function, and you're done. AI functions work with native data types, so you can seamlessly integrate them into any codebase and chain them into sophisticated pipelines. In addition to AI functions, Marvin also introduces more flexible bots. Bots are highly capable AI assistants that can be given specific instructions and personalities or roles.

    OSRFramework

    OSRFramework

OSRFramework, the Open Sources Research Framework is a AGPLv3+ project

OSRFramework is a GNU AGPLv3+ set of libraries developed by i3visio to perform Open Source Intelligence collection tasks. They include references to a bunch of different applications related to username checking, DNS lookups, information leaks research, deep web search, regular expressions extraction and many others. At the same time, by means of ad-hoc Maltego transforms, OSRFramework provides a way of making these queries graphically as well as several interfaces to interact with like OSRFConsole or a Web interface. If everything went correctly (we hope so!), it's time for trying usufy., mailfy and so on. But where are they locally? They are installed in your path meaning that you can open a terminal anywhere and typing the name of the program (seems to be an improvement from previous installations). Generates candidate nicknames based on known info about the target.

    Open Interpreter

    Open Interpreter

A natural language interface for computers

Open Interpreter is an open-source tool that provides a natural-language interface for interacting with your computer. It lets large language models (LLMs) run code locally (Python, JavaScript, shell, etc.), enabling you to ask your computer to do tasks like data analysis, file manipulation, browsing, etc. in human terms (“chat with your computer”), with safeguards. Runs locally or via configured remote LLM servers/inference backends, giving flexibility to use models you trust or have locally. It prompts you to approve code before executing, and supports both online LLM models and local inference servers. It seeks to combine convenience (like ChatGPT’s code interpreter) with control and flexibility by running on your own machine.

    OpenAI Harmony

    OpenAI Harmony

Renderer for the harmony response format to be used with gpt-oss

Harmony is a response format developed by OpenAI for use with the gpt-oss model series. It defines a structured way for language models to produce outputs, including regular text, reasoning traces, tool calls, and structured data. By mimicking the OpenAI Responses API, Harmony provides developers with a familiar interface while enabling more advanced capabilities such as multiple output channels, instruction hierarchies, and tool namespaces. The format is essential for ensuring gpt-oss models operate correctly, as they are trained to rely on this structure for generating and organizing their responses. For users accessing gpt-oss through third-party providers like HuggingFace, Ollama, or vLLM, Harmony formatting is handled automatically, but developers building custom inference setups must implement it directly. With its flexible design, Harmony serves as the foundation for creating more interpretable, controlled, and extensible interactions with open-weight language models.

    Prompt Declaration Language

    Prompt Declaration Language

Prompt Declaration Language is a declarative prompt programming lang

LLMs will continue to change the way we build software systems. They are not only useful as coding assistants, providing snipets of code, explanations, and code transformations, but they can also help replace components that could only previously be achieved with rule-based systems. Whether LLMs are used as coding assistants or software components, reliability remains an important concern. LLMs have a textual interface and the structure of useful prompts is not captured formally. Programming frameworks do not enforce or validate such structures since they are not specified in a machine-consumable way. The purpose of the Prompt Declaration Language (PDL) is to allow developers to specify the structure of prompts and to enforce it, while providing a unified programming framework for composing LLMs with rule-based systems.

    PySR

    PySR

High-Performance Symbolic Regression in Python and Julia

PySR is an open-source tool for Symbolic Regression: a machine learning task where the goal is to find an interpretable symbolic expression that optimizes some objective. Over a period of several years, PySR has been engineered from the ground up to be (1) as high-performance as possible, (2) as configurable as possible, and (3) easy to use. PySR is developed alongside the Julia library SymbolicRegression.jl, which forms the powerful search engine of PySR. The details of these algorithms are described in the PySR paper. Symbolic regression works best on low-dimensional datasets, but one can also extend these approaches to higher-dimensional spaces by using "Symbolic Distillation" of Neural Networks, as explained in 2006.11287, where we apply it to N-body problems. Here, one essentially uses symbolic regression to convert a neural net to an analytic equation. Thus, these tools simultaneously present an explicit and powerful way to interpret deep neural networks.
