Pros: I love how customizable it is! You can create your own customized slides while also having slides and presentations pre-loaded to choose from. We can create our own slides completely to market our product, highlight our team, and achievements. Then there are also slides for upcoming holidays, and basic interests/trivia that are easy to load to catch attention and increase engagement. I especially like that since I don't always have time to research or pay attention to those smaller holidays, etc.

Cons: Some of the slides are a little on the plainer side with regard to their design and effects.

Overall: Overall, my experience has been very positive. I enjoy using the platform and look forward to the next time I log in to review the new presentations. I also greatly appreciate how inclusive it is.

Pros: It's a tie between the incredible support team and the unmatched template library. It was so easy to use and setup in our school. We use Rise every day to update our digital signage boards and it was easy to integrate with our Google slides.

Cons: Something I dislike about Rise Vision is the blank template editor something I brought up with support and I appreciate how they directed me to the feature request form where I could easily request that feature.

Overall: Rise Vision is allowing us to move on from our previous content management system that limited us to Google Slides. With Rise we've been able to create stunning presentations (thanks to the amazing templates) and engage our students with the school.

Pros: Easy to use. Easy to get up and running. Different options available on hardware, setup to use. No issues so far.

Cons: Would like more templates that are generic and easy to update and change.

Cons: On the rare occasions when I have needed to reach out to support, it has typically taken a couple of days to receive a response. While neither situation was urgent and the delay didn't create any real issues, I did find it a bit unusual that it took so long to hear back.

The scheduling feature is especially valuable, making it possible to plan different presentations in advance, which is a huge convenience. Our staff can prepare and update content ahead of time and make quick changes as needed. Our Rise Vision units operate throughout the business day, five days a week, keeping everyone who passes by informed and up to date.

Pros: Easy to deploy in multiple schools in our district. Customer support is very good. They have some very nice templates to make your signs look professional.

This really makes our front lobby inviting and informative with this information on three displays for all students, staff, and guests to see.
