What is S‑Qube Technologies?
A Swiss engineering company based in Kilchberg. We build recruitment and workflow automation systems, then run them in production — not a one‑off project handed over at the end.
What industries does S‑Qube serve?
Two directions today: maritime crewing at maritime.sqube.ch, and IT recruitment at it.sqube.ch.
What is the difference between S‑Qube IT and S‑Qube Maritime?
Both are direction-specific sites on the same platform. maritime.sqube.ch is written for crewing agencies, it.sqube.ch for IT hiring. This site belongs to the parent company and covers every service.
How does the AI screening work?
A candidate answers a structured interview in their own time. One option is a live avatar: facial expressions are visible and every question is asked out loud, which helps the candidate settle and trust the process. Answers are recorded against the role, and a person decides who goes forward.
Do you do more than recruitment?
Yes. Alongside recruitment automation:
- Maritime crew screening. CV parsing, sea service, position and vessel type, certificate checks against the issuing register, duplicate removal and a searchable candidate pipeline. Live in production with a crewing agency. maritime.sqube.ch
- AI video interview and competency review. Role-specific interviews that turn a pile of CVs into a shortlist a recruiter can act on.
- IT candidate screening. The same technology for IT recruiting: CV parsing, technical assessment and a structured candidate report. it.sqube.ch
- Custom platform work. Client-specific filters, certificate rules and data integrations, scoped and delivered on top of the core platform.
How is candidate and client data protected?
Data is hosted in the EU, separated per tenant, and encrypted in transit and at rest. No client data is used to train models. We work in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and the EU GDPR; a data processing agreement and a data protection impact assessment are available on request.
