Parking: Free Parking is available at Shoreline Amphitheatre Lot C (~4 minute walk) or Alta Garage (~11 minute walk). ADA parking is available at both Shoreline Amphitheatre Lot C and Alta Garage. An ADA drop off area is available at the west building entrance.

Parking Lot C Update: On Mondays, Fridays, and weekends between June 13 - 28, the Amphitheater Pkwy entrance for Parking Lot C will be closed to vehicles. Please use the Shoreline Blvd. entrance on those days (detour signs will be in place).

Rideshare: Please use the west entrance of the building here.

Public Transportation: The VTA Route 40 bus operates daily, and stops at Charleston and Huff streets near the Google Store. You can take Caltrain to the Mountain View Transit Center and then take VTA Route 40.

Light to moderate roadway construction should be expected from August 12 to September 13 on portions of Alta Ave, Huff Ave, Plymouth Street, and Joaquin Rd. All construction will take place south of Charleston Blvd. Parking Lot C will not be impacted. Access to the Alta Garage will be provided via local detours when street closures are in effect.

Once you make an online order and select "in-store pickup” at checkout, you'll be notified when your order is ready. You’ll also receive a unique QR code. Visit the store and show the QR code to any associate. They’ll then bring you your order.
Our products are designed for everyday use, so we host events to let you come in and try them out. The events can be anything from a fitness class, to a YouTube Music concert, to photography workshops, and more!

We will accept most portable electronics for recycling, such as phones, laptops, and tablets, excluding home appliances. For trade-in, we accept a variety of mobile device models from most brands. See our full policy here. Trade-ins are available to domestic and international customers.

Appointments are not required. You can visit anytime during store hours to troubleshoot software issues, repair cracked screens, or talk to one of our technicians for help. Generally repairs take 2 hours from start to finish and we will send you a message when your pickup is available.
Just like online, you can choose between an unlocked phone or Google Fi. Unlocked phones work with most phone carriers in the US.
We offer exclusive branded merch and carry every product and model currently available in the online Google Store, although colorways are subject to availability.
Yes - our prices reflect the same offers available online. You can also exchange online purchases in stores and vice versa.
