❄️☃️❄️☃️❄️☃️❄️☃️❄️☃️❄️

Now to the details for my card today.  I have used the new Baby Fawn stamp set in combination with the formerly released Postage Stamp Edge Frames Die.  I took a panel of white cardstock and I masked a line and ink blended above it using Distress Oxide Inks in Spun Sugar and Black Soot.  I removed the mask and used the Postage Stamp Edge Die to die cut the panel.  I adhered the outer cut/frame to my card base and I backed the centre cut with white craft foam and carefully aligned and adhered it.  I used a stylus dipped in white acrylic paint to create the falling snow and I set this to one side to dry for a few minutes.

I stamped the utterly adorable images from Baby Fawn and coloured them with the following Copic marker combinations:-

Fawns - E49, E44, E43, E42, E41, E40
Blush - R22, R21, R20, R00
Red Noses - R27, R05
Santa Hat - R27, R05, R22, C3, C1, C0
Scarf - R27, R05, R22, C5, C3, C0
Trees - C5, C1, RV000

The images were then fussy cut and applied to the background using dimensional foam tape.

To complete the card, I popped it in my Misti and stamped the pretty sentiment, then I highlighted points with a white gel pen.

I came in with Copic markers C5, C3, C1, C00 to add shadow underneath the Fawns and last but not least I used Stickles Glitter in 'Diamond' to glitter up the trees and the shadows under the Fawns.

I hope you like my card, thanks for stopping off on the hop and don't forget to leave your comment below in order to be entered to win a $25 gift card.

Simon Says Stamp - STAMPtember 2025 Blog Party!

Hello crafty friends and thank you as always for joining me on my blog today where we're celebrating all things Simon Says Stamp and STAMPtember 2025 (which launched yesterday) by having a Blog Party today.

Perhaps you are new to STAMPtember?  You're going to love it and look forward to it each year, a month long celebration with new products released daily along with prizes and collaborations also special promotions.  It's so much fun!  For today's party, every Simon Says Stamp designer has a unique prize/promotion to share and you will find mine at the end of this post so, keep reading and scrolling.  Make sure you carve out some time today to stop off at as many participant's blogs as you can in order to source all of the prizes.  Think of this party as a scavenger hunt if you will!  THIS LINK takes you to the Simon Says Stamp blog where you'll find many more details, inspiration and a list of the Blog Party Participants.  Here's another handy link to the entire STAMPtember release https://www.simonsaysstamp.com/collections/stamptember.

For the party today I'm sharing this new card featuring 'Block Presents' a brand new die together with A2 Frames Die and the 'Tiny Words Birthday' stamp set.

I took some pink and yellow cardstock and using the A2 Frames die I die cut two panels and then used the next size die down to cut again.  The frames were  applied to a white card base and the centre panels were backed with white craft foam and then glued in place.

I grabbed the new Block Presents die and die cut white cardstock twice to form two identical die cut images.  I glued these in place on each of the coloured panels.

To complete the card I created some matching sentiment strips and stamped a little sentiment onto each and then adhered them like gift tags to each group of presents.  The final touch was the addition of a few small sparkling clear sequins.

This card was a pretty quick make in the CAS style.  The Block Presents die would make fantastic shaker cards among other uses!

I really appreciate you coming to my blog today and joining in the party.  Please note that my unique 'gift' below is that this incredible embossing folder is free with ANY purchase!!!  That's pretty awesome right?  Follow the steps in the graphic below.

Simon Says Stamp - STAMPtember Kicks Off TODAY!!!

Thanks for joining me today as the fun kicks off at Simon Says Stamp with the first day of 'STAMPtember'.  I have several cards to share with you over the coming days but here are the details for this my first one.  To create this card I have used:-

Wild Birthday (illustrated my Rachelle Anne Miller)
Boho Flowers Embossing Folder
A2 Scalloped Rectangles 8021sd

I took a panel of pretty pink cardstock, lightly spritzed it with water and then ran it through my Big Shot using the Boho Flowers Embossing Folder.  I sized the panel down a little and adhered it to my white card base.

I die cut two scalloped edges panels from heavyweight vellum and another from white cardstock using the A2 Scalloped Rectangles die.  I ink blended a purple and pink focal point and distressed it just a little and then adhered them together then to the pink embossed background panel.

I stamped the giraffe from the new 'Wild Birthday' stamp set using Memento Ink in Rich Cocoa.  Wild Birthday is a large stamp set which includes several other illustrations, so make sure you check them all out.  I coloured the image with Copic markers and added a little glitter to the party hat and ball, I backed the image with dimensional foam tape and adhered it to the ink blended area.

To complete the card I chose one of the sentiments included in the stamp set, stamped in the same Rich Cocoa ink and then applied the strip with more foam tape.

A few twinkling sentiments completed the design.

I'll be back tomorrow with something new!  Happy shopping friends.

Simon Says Stamp - Happy Camper Release

Hello friends!  Today I have a new card for Simon Says Stamp that features products from their new and available for purchase 'Happy Camper Release'.   This link will take you to all of the new offerings, so DO check them out!

This card uses the new Delicate Blossoms stamp set together with the formerly released Bundle of Stitched Shapes Die and Stitched Ovals Die.

I took a white A2 panel of cardstock and stamped the large Delicate Blossoms image in black ink.  I used my Misti for this in order to be able to repeat stamp for a flawless image.

I coloured the background and blooms only with Copic markers and chose to not colour any of the leaves at all.  I then splattered white acrylic paint across it, making sure to spritz it very finely.

I used the large die from the Bundle of Shapes Die.  With the skinny outside cut, I glued that to the card base directly and with the main centre panel I backed that with white craft foam and and adhered to the card base.

To complete the card I die cut the white oval and stamped the Thinking Of You sentiment and this was applied to the floral background with foam tape.

A few little sparkling accents were adhered for a pretty finishing touch.

Thanks for stopping by!

Simon Says Stamp - Happy Camper Release

Welcome to my blog and my second card for Simon Says Stamp's 'Happy Camper Release' which is available for purchase NOW!

My card today features the new Mid Century Ethereal Embossing Folder, Fancy Thank You Die and Fun Bird Die.  I have also incorporated into my design the Stitched Circles Die and Thoughtful Message (stamp set).

I took an A2 panel of kraft cardstock and using the new embossing folder to create the wonder 3D pattern.  I adhered this panel to a larger white card base and set it to one side.

I used the Stitched Circles Die to create two hoops that I would nestle my birds in.  I secured ribbon to them and applied them to the card with foam tape.

I die cut the 'Fun Bird' twice and ink blended all of the parts before adhering it together and securing with foam tape within each hoop.

Next, I grabbed the new Fancy Thank You die.  This comes in two parts.  The shadow I die cut in white and with the actual thank you words, I ink blended using the same hues used in creating the birds.  I adhered the words to the white shadow background and adhered with more foam tape.

For the finishing touches I came in with a metallic gel pen and dotted in some interest on the birds then I used a white gel pen to add further interest in the form of highlights in both the background, birds and sentiment.

To complete the card I stamped the 'for everything' sentiment on a strip and applied below the big 'thank you' and I adhered a few sparkling clear sequins throughout the scene.

I appreciate you stopping by to read my blog today.  If you missed my first release card yesterday please continue to scroll and you'll find it directly under this post.  Thank you!  Happy shopping!

Simon Says Stamp - Happy Camper Release

Hello and welcome to my blog and a brand new release from Simon Says Stamp.  This is the Happy Camper release and you use THIS LINK to take you to their website and view the entire collection.

My first card for this release features the Jenoblade illustrated stamp set called 'Cute Campers' together with the 'Simple Stars Stencil'.  I have also incorporated the use of the always useful 'Postage Stamp Edge Frames Die'.

I used the stencil on white cardstock and used blue ink and then used the stencil again on blue cardstock and used white pigment ink to create the background panels.

I used the Postage Stamp Edge Frames Die to die cut the blue panel and I also used the same size die to cut a kraft panel to ground the scene I was about to create.

I stamped the 'Cute Campers' images with black ink and coloured the images with Copic markers.  I used a white gel pen to add blooms to the shrubs behind the campground and to decorate the scarf along with other highlights.  Images were fussy cut and applied with foam tape.  The decorative panel was backed with white craft foam and applied to the white/blue star panel.

I stamped and applied the sentiment strip and with that this sweet card was complete.

Enjoy shopping the new release - available NOW!

Simon Says Stamp - Friend Like You

I have my third card to share with you today featuring products from the incredible Friend Like You release by Simon Says Stamp.  This card focusses on the Wildflower Cuttings stamp set which I have combined with Simon's Postage Stamp Edge Frames die and their Pawsitively Perfect Craft Glue (shown in photos).

I started with a minty green panel of cardstock and I used a dark green ink to repeatedly stamp one of the larger stem images from the Wildflower Cuttings stamp set.  I adhered this to a white card base using the Pawsitively Perfect Craft Glue.

I used the Postage Stamp Edge Frames die in two sizes to create a vellum panel and then a white panel.

On the white panel I stamped the stem in vase image from Wildflower Cuttings and I coloured it with Copic markers.  I glued the two panels together and backed them with white craft foam and adhered to the background.

To complete the card in a simple way I stamped a sentiment from Wildflower Cuttings on a sentiment strip and I added it with dimensional foam tape.  Lastly, I used the Pawsitively Perfect Craft Glue to adhere some tiny sparkling clear sequins.  This glue does everything and dries clear and should be a staple in your craft room.

I appreciate you coming by my blog today and I wish you a wonderful week ahead.

Simon Says Stamp - Friend Like You NEW RELEASE

Happy Friday friends, thanks for joining me to read how I made this cheerful shaker card for Simon Says Stamp who have a brand new release out as of yesterday called 'Friend Like You'.  For this card I have used the new Under Water Stencils and the Smile sentiment stamp set together with an A2 Waffle Flower Shaker Cover found here.

I started with a white A2 panel of white cardstock and in turn I used the new stencil set and four shades of pink inks to create a slightly groovy background.  I then came in with a metallic gelly roll pen by Sakura and along the lines of the colour changes so that as the card moves it beautifully catches the light.

I used the shaker cover and enclosed the stencilled panel on three sides and then went through my stash of sequins and embellishments to create a mix that worked with the background tones.  Once happy, I closed the fourth edge, thus sealing the contents inside and I adhered that to a sturdy card base.

To finish the design I grabbed the Smile sentiment stamp set and stamped the combination I was wanting using Versamark Ink and I heat embossed in gold.   I fussy cut the large SMILE and adhered it to the outside of the shaker pocket and the smaller sentiment was done on a little strip which I tucked in place and adhered.

Shake, shake, shake it!  This card was done!

Thank you for stopping by today.

Simon Says Stamp - Friend Like You NEW RELEASE!!!

So excited to reveal my first card today for Simon Says Stamp's brand new June release called 'Friend Like You' and which is now available for puchase.  This card features the new Adrift Air Balloons Embossing Folder & Cutting Die, Nuvelli Script Thank You Die and the super useful A2 Frames Die Set which is available for pre-order.

I took a pale blue panel of cardstock and I spritzed it with water before running it through my Big Shot using the Adrift Air Balloon embossing folder.  I came in with a little Salvaged Patina and worked it between the embossed balloons and then spattered on white acrylic paint.

I ran the embossing folder through my Big Shot once more using white cardstock this time and I die cut the three balloons.

I trimmed the blue background panel down a little and adhered it to a white card base.  I used the second to largest die from the A2 Frames die set and created a frame from white cardstock which I glued in place.

Using more white cardstock, I die cut the Nuvelli Script Thank you three times over and I glued the words in stacks, then to the background.

To finish things up, I ink blended the three die cut balloons.  I backed them with foam tape and applied to the background.  I also highlighted with a white gel pen.

A few pearly white sequins in different sizes were added to finish things up.

Thanks for stopping by!

Simon Says Stamp - Moments In Time Release

I have a new card today for Simon Says Stamp that features products from their Moments In Time release.  My card today features their new Snake Plant Stencil, Snake Plant Die, Swiss Dots stamp set and Tiny Words Birthday sentiment stamp set.

I took a white cardstock panel and used the Swiss Dots stamp set together with metallic gold ink and stamped.  This panel was adhered to a kraft cardstock panel and then to a slightly larger white card base.

I used the Snake Plant Stencil set to create the Snake Plant image.  I used Rustic Wilderness, Twisted Citron and Bundled Sage Distress Oxide Inks to ink blend all the different areas.  I die cut with the coordinating die and applied it to the card popped up on dimensional foam tape.

For the sentiment I used the word 'Relax' which comes with the Snake Plant Die.  I die cut the shadow twice from heavy weight vellum and then die cut the word 'relax' several times from white cardstock and then used Copic markers to the top of the stack to produce and ombré look.  This was adhered to the card and underneath I tucked 'enjoy your day' which was taken from the Tiny Words Birthday stamp set.

A few water droplet style embellishments finished this project which would be a nice accompaniment to a spa gift card or something of that nature.

Thanks for stopping by!  Happy crafting.

Simon Says Stamp - Moments In Time Release

Welcome to my blog and a new card featuring products from the recent 'Moments In Time' Release by Simon Says Stamp.  My card today features the new Floral Bunches Embossing Folder together with the new Giggle Hello Die.

I took a panel of pretty pink cardstock.  I misted it lightly with water before placing it into the Floral Bunches Embossing Folder and running it through my Big Shot.

I decided to add colour to the design using the following Copic markers:-

Leaves & Stems - G00, G000, G0000
Flowers - RV02, RV00, Y13

I then came in with a white Prisma Color pencil and added white to the centre of each open flower and then after that I came in with a white gel pen and dotted in some interest in the area where the stamens would be.  Doing this is more affective than you might think!

I applied the panel to my card base and framed it out in the same pink cardstock.

I used the Giggle Hello Die to create the sentiment.  It comes in two parts but you don't have to use the shadow die for the background but I chose to for this project.  I die cut the shadow once in pink and then three additional times in white and glued them in a stack.  I then die cut the word Hello from mirrored silver cardstock and glued it to the shadow and then the whole thing was adhered to the background.

A few sparkling clear sequins completed this elegant, multi occasion friendly card.

Thanks for stopping by!  Happy crafting friends.

The blog hop order can be found at the bottom of my blogpost today ⬇

To make my card today I have used the following products:-

I started by popping a panel of white cardstock in my Misti and using the Swiss Dots stamp set I did a rainbow of stamping using blue, yellow and pink inks and slightly overlapping them.  I adhered this to my card base.  I took a second white panel and used the A2 Frames Die to create the skinny frame and with the inside cut I trimmed it to create a grounding for the scene.  The frame and ground were glued in position.

Using the new Curled Fern Frond Die and some pastel cardstock I die cut the three fronds and glued them to the dotted background.

I stamped the adorable Jenoblade illustrated Birthday Dragons images that I was needing for my little scene and coloured with the following Copic marker combinations:-

Blue - BG32, BG11, BG0000
Pink - RV02, RV10, RV0000
Yellow - YR21, E50, Y00
Shading areas with - C3, C1, C00
Blush - R22, R21, R20, R00

I fussy cut the images and using either a single or double layer of foam tape so they really jump out at you (not in a bad way lol) I adhered them to the background.

To complete the card I used one of the two sentiments included in the Birthday Dragons stamp set.  I stamped with Versamark Ink and heat embossed in gold and applied the strip to the card with foam tape.

A few sparkling clear sequins and some white gel pen highlights completed the project.

Thanks so much for coming by my blog today, I hope you like my card and feel inspired. There will be a second blog hop tomorrow so do look out for that and happy shopping!
