As promised, a little Spooky. Had a tough time deciding which release to post. Charlie & Duncan cover a lot of styles from breakbeat/techno to downtempo, and all of it is spectacular. Bamboo is from their 2nd release Found Sound. Similar in ways to my beloved Autechre but a bit more… dare I say “fun”? The iconic track Little Bullet is featured here as it’s live version which is by far my favourite. There will be more from these guys for sure.

The only single from the masterpiece Airdrawndagger. The team behind it I’d consider the Tri-Force of early 2000s electronica - Charlie May, Junkie XL & Sasha. Although I do enjoy his Involver releases I pray for Airdrawndagger 2 (same line-up of course). Big fan of May’s Spooky project as well, I’ll go dig out one of those to share next.
