Halloween

Good morning and a very happy
Today over at the Digi Choosday blog the team were challenged to make something with a Halloween theme. The challenge for you is as always, anything goes.
So here is my make for this week.
For this make I've used the ever so cute Winnie Wednesday collection. This is on offer at the moment at £14.99 for the whole collection, fab price. But of course you can buy the image to colour yourself on it's own HERE, or pre-coloured HERE. The papers and sentiments are also from the big collection and the ribbon is from my stash.
So pop over to the blog to grab today's discount code and treat yourself to some new images. And of course see what my teamies have made.

Halloween

Good morning everyone. I'm here today to share with you a make from our challenge at Polkadoodles, and that challenge for the team is to make something for Halloween. The challenge for you as always is anything goes.
So here is my make.
I've used the new Winnie Wednesday collection to make this. Everything on the card is printed straight from the collection, the image is a pre-coloured one as I'm still suffering with a trapped nerve in my shoulder so can't colour :(
You can buy the image to colour in yourself HERE, and pre-coloured on it's own HERE.

Something New

Good morning and Happy Choosday everyone. I'm here with this weeks new challenge for the Digi Choosday blog. The challenge we have set for you this week is to use something new, that can be anything you like that is new in your stash. I have used the new Spooky Dracula image and sentiments. I have coloured the image and background with my Graph'It Markers. I have put the image in a new picture frame I picked up last week. We are having a Halloween party at our house this year so this will go on the wall as part of the decorations.

So because it's Digi Choosday you know what that means don't you, yes it's discount day over at the blog! So get over there to get this weeks massive discount code, and don't forget to check out my fabulous teamies makes as well!

Something spooky going on!

Good morning and Happy Choosday everyone.
It's getting close to that spooky time of year, Halloween so over at Digi Choosday we thought we'd get your spooky juices flowing by showing you some Halloween makes. Here is my project for this week.

Instead of a card this week I thought I'd do some home decor so have made a canvas to hang on the wall. The image is cute little Amelia Witch and is coloured in with my Graph'It Markers. The rest of the elements on the canvas are from the Witchie Witchie download bundle. I printed the background paper onto a sheet of printable canvas I got from our local pound shop and attached it to a cheap canvas I got from the same shop. I put some spider web under the matted layer of coordinating paper. I then printed out all the embellies onto card, cut around them all and used a 3D glue to put them onto the canvas so they have a 3D effect. I think this will look great on my wall during the Halloween period. Now pop over to our blog for more inspiration from the rest of our talented team.

The Graph'It Markers I used are:
Skin: 4125, 4150, 4135, 4145, 3120, 3210
Purples:6130, 6140, 6170
Greys: 9303, 9304, 9305, 9307

Crackers aren't just for Christmas!

Hello all, I'm back with another Halloween post today to show you just how much you can do with the Witchie Witchie Download Bundle from Polka Doodles.

Can you tell what I have been making?
Here is the full picture.
Aren't these fun! I thought they would go down a treat with the kids that come trick or treating with sweets inside, much better for them than just grabbing a fist full of sweets from a tub!
I have used a die to cut these but there are loads of templates on the web for you to cut them out by hand or with a Cameo or something similar. I've used one of the sentiments over one of the papers to create some little tags on them and tied them on with the ribbon to close the cracker.

Halloween card

I'm here with something a bit different for me today, a Halloween card. I know I don't "do" Halloween but with this fabulous Halloween download from Nikky Hall at Polka Doodles it is so easy.
And at just £3.49 for all this, it's a bargain as well!
I sat in the glorious sun in my garden today colouring these images in and came up with this card
I've used 4 of the images and merged 3 of them together (which is so easy to do as they are all png's) to create the background, and then used the goth witch separately so it stands out. everything is coloured with Graph It pens, the warm grey pack created the background with Mango and Mimosa for the windows. I've used Graph It Mix It Fluid over the image to give it some texture and then created stars with a blender pen and the moon. Looking at all the goodies in this download has made me want to have a Halloween party! lol
