The Youngest Grand Baby

The youngest of my 5 grand babies recently turned 1 year old ... my gracious how time flies! 
She's such a precious little girl, learning fast from that big brother and sister of her's. 

I'm Still Around

It has been so long since I've posted on my blog, I almost couldn't remember how.  I pop in every once an a while to read blogs of friends that I follow.
Maybe one of these days I'll get started back.

The 4th

 

Our 4th of July was rainy, in fact it rained about  all day up until about 6pm. Thank goodness it stopped just in time for our town's entertainment and fireworks show. You can see by the picture below my little grandson had a great time playing in the water puddles.  Then during the middle of the fireworks show bless his little heart he kept trying to doze off. 

 

 

 

 

Another Little Love

Isn't she just adorable, she's grand baby number three.  Her name is Sunny and she's just perfect.  She will be eight weeks old tomorrow.

Pie Safe Doors

We have the pie safe that belonged to my husband's grandmother in our kitchen, I have random stuff in it.  Well to see the stuff in it you had to keep the doors open, which got in the way as you're walking through the kitchen.  So, I took the doors off and gave them a new place in the house.  Pretty cute I think.

The screen door in the peacock feather picture now has a chippy barn door behind it now, I just don't have a picture yet to share with you.  I'm lovin' it though. The first two pictures below are in our hallway. The bottom two are on our master bedroom mantle.
