New Release! Konflikt 47 From Warlord Games

Pretty Jazzed about this new Release, Konflikt 47 looks to be something to dig into! If only for one reason, this M4A9 Sherman-T! Warlord has teamed up with Clockwork Goblin Miniatures to create a Weird World Alternate WWII extravaganza!

Adding to the core rules from Bolt Action that many gamers are familiar with, Konflikt ’47 allows the addition of completely new types of units and models to existing 28mm Bolt Action armies and the creation of completely new forces set in the alternate future of 1947.

The premise is World War II continuing beyond 1945, the battling countries have become even more desperate to develop new super weapons to give them a winning advantage.

Exploiting new technologies revealed from the first nuclear explosions, the Axis and Allied forces quickly develop new tanks and strange armored walkers to become the vanguard of their armies, supported by new highly equipped or terribly twisted troops.

With the Soviet Union seceding from the Allies the war now becomes a three-way conflict!

Konflikt ’47 is a standalone game inspired by the hugely successful Bolt Action, designed by Clockwork Goblin Miniatures and produced by Warlord Games and Osprey Publishing.

Konflikt ’47 introduces ‘Weird War’ weaponry – including the stunning range of walkers and other mechanical monstrosities!

New Release - Kolektiv Dwarves from Hasslefree Miniatures for Weird Wars

Hasslefree Miniatures has finally released their Kolektiv Dwarves for their Weird Wars. These are pretty sweet little figures which could be used in a wide array of oddball games like Osprey's In Her Majesty’s Name or old standards like Warhammer 40k. No more waiting, these guys are now available to purchase!

So what can you get? There are two Trooper packs each with 5 bodies with weapons. You get to choose between the two types of heads, Cossack or Peaked cap. Here's pack one..

You can also find two Specialist packs for the Kolektiv Dwarves. Pack one consists of 5 bodies, 3 Specialists include Lewis Gun, Flamer and a Sniper plus two random troopers.

Specialists pack two also contains 5 bodies. There are 3 Specialists, a Sapper, Grenadier and Medic plus two other randomly assigned troopers. 

Here are the Cossack and Peaked Cap heads available from Hasslefree. Gotta love the robust facial hair.

To beef up the Kolektiv fire power, you can add a Heavy Machine Gun team. As shown in the image here, the pack contains 2 heads, a 2-part assembly machine gun plus 2 trooper bodies.

Also available are mounted troopers and officers with a variety of weapon packs for variation among your miniatures. Here you can see the troopers and weapon packs. We can't wait to get our hands on some of these feisty Dwarves and put them up against our Pulp Action Immortal Battalion!
