Zoya Sunshine & Summertime - Rica

This one is from the Sunshine half of the Zoya Sunshine & Summertime collection.
The Sunshine set is 6 shimmery metallics
Zoya describes Rica as a shimmering Rose metallic
On me Rica is a metallic coral with strong orange to pink shift
See the pink/coral with the orange sparking through
This is not the best color for my skin but I'm going to wear it anyway because it's fab
Liquid Summer
So many beautiful colors in this one
this one shows more the "rose" tone
The last 3 pics are in shade
I used 3 coats and could have stopped at 2 but I'm special that way & I just wanted to see 3
Application was smooth and even with no issues to speak of.
I love the Sunshine set so much!

Mauve has never looked this chic!

He’s A Keeper
This classic red is one of the good guys.

Never Give Up
Hold onto gorgeous color with this persistent plum.

Count on Me is a sheer lavander with sparks of purple shimmer.
I love this color and I will be using it for layering a lot!

Got style,to me, looks more like a shimmery copper rose shade and surprisingly I really like it!

He's a Keeper is a slightly warm toned classic red creme

Never give up is a beautiful sassy fushia with scattered holo glitter.
Think Claire's MegPeg all grown up.

All swatches are 2 coats with no top coat. Pictures taken with lightbox lighting.

My opinion:
I was pleasantly surprised to fall in love with 3 of the 4 colors.
Sorry but I have 100 or so "Classic reds" so for a red to wow me takes a lot.
Formula is great, very smooth and easy to apply.
The bottles is a bit akward but very cute.
The brush shape is great and makes a nice clean line on my tiny narrow nails very easy. It's a little short but that was not a problem.

Do you see any that you NEED?

Bloodstone Manicure

I bought the most gorgeous ring from a friend and Artisan on Etsy, HandcraftedCarolyn
Carolyn is not only an absolute doll but she is an amazing jewelry artist. She makes Earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces, sets and custom pieces. Her prices are great and I personally adore her!
This is the ring she made for me.

It is a hand carved Bloodstone rose on silver wrapped wire and I love it so much that I did my nails to match.
The ring fits perfectly and is so comfortable and so beautiful!

I used Nfu-oh 569 as my base and random dots with konad special polish in red.
(Don't panic, I did not cut my nails, this is my right hand. I cut them down to the nailbed about 7 weeks ago for a review of some cute glue on nails.)
I absolutly looooooove this ring and the Artisan who made it. I want more!
Carolyn also sent me a lovely pair of earrings that match my hair! (well the back of my hair)

If you are looking for some beautiful handmade jewelry from an amazing artist, co check out Carolyn's etsy shop here you will love her and her sparklies!

The ring was purchased with my own money and the views in this post are my honest opinion!
