Extras:  Scallop Trim border punch, Perfect Polka Dots TIEF, blender pen, white organdy ribbon, glitter gel pen.

Happy Scrumptious Birthday!

I think Summer may have finally arrived in Minnesota - at least, I'm banking on that.  And ice cream cones just naturally go with summer, right?!  I created this card soon after the 2011-13 In Colors were introduced - and now they are all included in the Stampin' Up! Collections except Lucky Limeade (sniff!).  Don't they look yummy together?!
