Preview of Card for Kids Valentine's Day Blog Hop Tomorrow Jan 24th

Got an email from Maggie at Passionately Artistic today and over 1,100 people have checked out my Valentine wreath I made as Guest Designer yesterday.   Would love for you to check it out if you haven't seen it yet.
Also tomorrow I am participating in the
This is a great opportunity to make cards for kids who are in the hospital during Valentines. So please come by and check it out.  There are also some great prizes.
I sent Faith 5 cards and 3 will be posted tomorrow for the hop.
Here re two others I sent.
The bear I cut out last year from an SVG file.  I found it in my Valentine stuff so made a card out of it.
The lacy cards are not doilies.  I also actually kept them from last year.
I had sprayed two doilies with Glimmer Mist and kept the paper underneath.
So I cut them out and made another card.  The flowers are also left from Flower Shop
last year and the butterfly is a MS punch.

So come by tomorrow and check out

It's Easter Blog Hop Day 2- April 8

Day 2- Thank you so much for all of you who joined in the Easter Blog Hop yesterday and left such wonderful comments.  I too got a lot of great ideas from all the great projects. Remember for each day you can leave a comment and get 4 chances to win. If you miss a day you can still go back and leave a comment.  I will choose the winner by random.org on Monday morning. Sorry I forgot to post my Blog Candy last night. The  winner of my blog will receive a $10 gift card to either  Michaels or Joanns  (your choice).   All the Blog Hop details and the participants are in my post for April 7th if you need more information.

Easter Tree-

I bought this little metal tree last year after Easter as I thought it would be fun to decorate for different holidays.  I used different cuts from the Easter 2010 cart. I tried to make it so it looked good from all sides.  I also used my new Tim Holtz rosette die, some little eggs and ribbon.  Sorry the pictures are not the best. Remember you can click on the picture to make  them  bigger.  On the top of the tree one side says Easter and one says Spring.

Glory Card-

So fun making cute little bunny and chick projects but wanted to make a project sharing what I believe is the true meaning of Easter. I used the cross from the Easter cart and embossed the back ground paper with wood look folder.  Hung sheer ribbon around cross. Inside is sprayed with Glimmer Mist and I used cuts from Inspired Hearts.
Tomorrow I will be posting a fullsize Easter Vintage look banner and another card.  Have a great day
Your next  crafty idea comes from the talented  Patricia at http://creativediva98.blogspot.com/

Straight from the Nest Card for BBTB2 challenge

I made this card today for the BBTB2 challenge.  This is the first time I have made a card for this challenge.  The challenge was to use the bird cage from Straight from the Nest or a birdhouse.  I have had this cart for awhile but hadn't tried it yet.  Used MS bird and branch punch. The bird is popdotted  and layered 3 times.

Calling cards for Los Angeles crops out of scraps

I was able to make my calling cards for the Cricut Circle crop on the 28th of  January in Los Angeles.  This will be my first crop and my first Cricut Circle meetup so I am really excited.  The  cards are for trading at the events and for entering in contests during the day.  The cards are 3 x 3 and the flowers are cut from the new Mother's Day Bouquet cartridge.  The gypsy head was sent to me by an MB member ( sorry I forgot who) and I added my MB name initials- CCG for Cricutcraftingrammy.  Reminds me of a cattle brand.  I used all scraps for this so was a great way to use up some of my scrap stash.  I then added flowers from Michaels and gems to the antennae.  I then decorated a recipe box I got at M's  for 50 cents a few months go on clearance.  Added a card  and flowers to the top and my MB name.
