New Nurgle
I don't know if you all have spotted these pics yet but I just saw them while eating a pizza on the streets of Split Croatia and figured I would toss them up here. These look like great bases for plague marine conversions! I would use torso parts from them with marine arms and legs and then vice versa to make a few squads stretch out!
Excellent stuff. I hope the rest of the Chaos release is this good!

Showcase: KrautScientist's Orkheim Ultraz
Hey everyone, KrautScientist here, with another post showcasing one of my hobby projects. And while I realise that today’s post doesn’t deal with dark future gaming so much, please bear with me: With GW officially pulling the plug on the Specialist systems, I believe we can all use some specialist love... *ahem*, that came out sounding funny… Anyway, what is this about?

Mantic Zombies Review
Old School here with a review of the Mantic Zombies sprue. Zombies have always been a hit with war gamers and our special geek culture in general, but with the re-introduction of Plague Zombies into 40k, the zombie craze is officially hitting our tables in miniature form. Let's take a look at what I believe may be the best zombie kit for your money.

An Interview with Black Library Author Mike Lee
Old School here with another entry to our interview series.
This time, we are very excited to bring you Mike Lee. We were lucky enough to
be able to interview Black Library Author, Mike Lee during the Dropzone Games
Grand Opening in Glen Burnie, MD. We had a great time and really just shot the breeze about stuff we love - from wargaming to the Heresy Series, RPGs and Horror.
For those of you who don’t know about Mike, he is best known
for the Chronicles of Malus Darkblade and the Time of Legends; Nagash series.
He also wrote Fallen Angels from the Horus Heresy series and has also worked as
a game designer for White Wolf Publishing’s Demon: The Fallen. With no further
delay, let’s get into this interview, but before we start I really have to give it up to Mike Lee for going so in depth with us. This was a great interview and really blew my expectations away ... if only everything was publishable!

Hello Everyone, Wolfson here to help kick off a slew of terrifyingly awesome posts during a month devoted to such. I discovered BigCannon while looking for inspiration for my own Vampire Counts on the Carpe Noctem forum. I quickly found myself sorting through page after page of his work and just being blown away. The striking color pallete and smooth conversions combined with great attention to detail are just amazing. Lets take a look!

New Empire Models Pics and Conversion Discussion
Old School here to show off the WHFB Empire models from the new White Dwarf. First off and foremost, these models represent fully the depth of creativity GW is finding with its plastic productions, it huge Fantasy models and also with its ability to pull more than one unit from the same plastic kit. When I look at new Fantasy plastics, I look at progress, potential and conversion opportunities. Let's take a look at the pics and also see if there are any conversion ideas out there while we are at it.

Preparing for Warhammer at Adepticon
The Warhammer Fantasy Championships is one of, if not THE largest Warhammer tournament in the US. It boasts 140 players and has a reputation of being a serious step up in competition for the average wargamer. Last year I scored 23 out of 140 players and expect to perform better this year, but to be able to do that I need to prepare. Hopefully this article will give you a look into Adepticon's tournament process and help you prepare for it as well as any other local tournament.

New Orc and Goblin HUGE Squigs - Lost in the Sauce
I didn't even catch these when I was going through the leaked photos out there. Sorry about that. They look amazing! Are those goblin sized models all over them? They must be huge! Thoughts? Want to make 40k models out of them?

Leaked Images: New Beastmen Giant Monsters = Awesome Huge Conversions!!
Old School here with some photos of the Beastmen Ghorgon, Cygor and Jabberslythe! It seems that the design studio has decided to keep up the great work it has been doing with its big Fantasy monsters and Ogre lines by creating the missing giant beasts from the Beastmen Army Book. Make no mistake, this is good for the Beastmen, but great for hobbyists who flock to the dark side from both the 40k and the fantasy lines. Let's check out all the pics!
