DRYING AREA : EXPANSION

Love to spend time here in our drying area.

We use to dry our wet clothes here.

We need more space to put some new plants, especially ornamental plants.

We moved here some plants from the backyard, after my husband reload the old fiber roof.

We also put four seedling tray on the corner to get best place for their growth.

Now... with the new fiber roof, the roof is much clear than before.

And we get more sun shine, great for the plants.

It seem like a green house... LOL

We also removed the old wooden chairs, and put a pair of chair here.

New atmosphere... 

Enjoy so many color of blooms here...

Enjoy the breeze...

Enjoy the time...

RELOADING THE WEEDY RAISED BEDS

I think it's so annoying when all that we have done is giving us nothing.
The rainy season with very heavy rainfalls, wind and high humidity, makes all of our effort on gardening was useless, unsuccesful.
I have already planted vegetables about three-four times during the rainy season, but nothing remain.

Rainfall, and snail are the main problem.
Rainfall made the branches were broken and the leaves were decayed.
So, I let the bed was 'empty' without vegetables on it.

And another bed was full of weed...

Mostly is Milkweed, a beautiful weed.

Time to take a rest for a moment.
And I think the rainy season will be over soon, so last week I prepared the new gardening season.
Weeding, digging, then planting...
A tiring week...

BEAUTIFUL WEED IS MILKWEED...

Finally we have lots of milkweed in our tiny garden.
Actually, it seem imposible to grow this plant in our garden at the first.
This plant became so rare here.
We can see our first milkweed here.
Now... we can find this plant here and there.
The self seedlings grow like crazy.
On the raised bed...

On the path way... 

And every where...

Real weed...

A beautiful weed...

MY FIRST MILKWEED IS BLOOMING

Ah... finally I can enjoy a beauty from my childhood on my own garden today.

This is the only one milkweed plant that I have.
For a very long time I didn't see this flower.
When I was a little girl, I found lots of milkweeds on my Granny's garden.

My daughter put a poor milkweed from a bare land on the way home from my granny house last July.
I had no hope at the first, cause I planted it in the 'wrong' time, a very hot and dry weather at that moment.
A month after planted, there was no good progress on this plant, but two weeks later I found some shoots on the stem.

And this week I can find beautiful flower bunch.
Beautiful...

I feel I still young... like as a little girl...
