Sleepover

Josh and Nikki wanted to do some "uninterrupted" packing last night so Keegan and I got to have one last sleepover last night. He has to have all his favorites to go to bed, which include his "b", an owl, lobster, his big shark and on this occasion he needed the red squishy pillow, my moose and 2 soccer balls! Even though he is such a bed-hog, snores a little and moves around throughout the night like no other - he is completely worth the lack of personal space and sleep!

Last Week with Josh, Nikki & Keegan

Josh, Nikki and Keegan are moving!! They're moving to Tucson, AZ and have to be there March 3. Keegan is really cute, if you ask him, "where are you going?" He will answer back "Two - san." Can I just say that Tucson, AZ seems so far away! I know relatively speaking it's only like a 12 hours drive or some 750 miles away but still, it's not the 3 miles aways they are now.
They've been talking about doing the traveling nurse program for what seems like a year, and now they're really leaving. I think I was being like Rachel from FRIENDS when Monica and Chandler were going to move in together - she wasn't sad because she didn't see them actually going through with it - but now that they are 4 days away from leaving for 3+ months I am really sad! And not just because I'll miss Keegan, as much as Nikki might think that he's all we'll miss; Josh and Nikki are kind of staples at our house on the weekends and I enjoy hanging out, playing games, watching movies, or doing whatever with them.
Needless to say, I'm already trying to figure out when I'll be able to go and visit them. I guess the only up side to them traveling for next little while, is that I'll be able to visit different places.

Keegan's 2nd Birthday

Keegan turned 2 on Saturday! He was really excited about the cupcake with a "2" on it - up until we started singing to him!

Here are some of his presents! A Big Shark from Jen & Ben, Josh & Nikki got him a play laptop and Nikki's parents got him a tricycle. He also got lots of books - his favorite thing to do is to read books and eat "tuks" (cookies). So he got books with big trucks and boxes of animal crackers and Vanilla Wafers, his favorite!

Twilight Cast

My mom's boss just emailed this to me, I have no idea where she got it - Here are some of my thoughts:
Who is Eric?
Carlisle is good - just needs to be clean shaven.
Alice is good for me but isn't she blonde? I googled James (Cam Gigandet) and there are some pictures from when he was on The OC, as Kevin, that he looks pretty evil.
I'm still not sold on Bella and Edward, but if their chemistry is great than that's all that matters. Do you think Kilian Lutz will be Jasper? Emmett?
What are your thoughts??

Happy Valentine's Day

No one falls in love by choice,
it is by chance.
No one stays in love by chance,
it is by work.
And no one falls out of love by chance,
it is by choice.

"The best love is the kind that awakens the soul and makes us reach for more; that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds... That's what you've given me and that's what I hope to give to you forever." - The Notebook

Love isn't finding a perfect person, it's seeing an imperfect person perfectly!

I've Been Tagged- Revised

Courtesy of Kristal:
5 Things on my To Do List
1. Mail out Work Orders
2. Go to Micro. Appt.
3. Do my next interval run
4. Make Valentine cookies (probably shouldn't do this)
5. Get fitted for shoes

10 Things I Enjoy
1. Anything with Keegan
2. Reality TV
3. Reading
4. Chatting with my mom
5. Working out
6. Frozen Yogurt
7. Family Vacations
8. Pedicures
9. Getting my hair done
10. Playing Rock Band and Wii (Boxing)

If I were a Billionaire
1. Pay off any debt
2. Buy a house
3. Take my family on a trip to England and somewhere tropical
4. Even though I like my car, I'd upgrade
5. Shop
I was just talking to my brother, Jon, and he made a good point - I should be able to do all of these things without being a billionaire - well most of them, so he got me to thinking and I want to revise my list, I'd still do all of the above but I'd also:
1. Buy property, as in an island in the Bahamas or somewhere beautiful
2. Buy a sports team - most likely a soccer club, but basketball would be cool too
3. Buy or have total access to a private jet (with pilot) so I can go to my "property" or travel where ever I'd like.

5 Jobs I've had
1. Hogi Yogi
2. Zuka Juice - that's right before it was Jamba Juice
3. Party Time
4. Everything @ Midvale Family Dental
5. Watts Enterprises

5 Things Most People Don't Know About Me
(Most probably do know these, so I'll do 6 since these might not be new information)
1. I've discovered that I love to cook and try new recipes; I used to just like to bake, but baking can be hard! There is more 'give' with cooking.
2. I've lived in Utah my entire life and I have never been skiing- and have no desire to either!
3. I'm allergic to bees! I'm terrified when there is a bee anywhere near me - guess that comes from being stung on the forehead and then having my face/eye swollen for a week as a result.
4. I work out 6 days a week and if I don't get to I feel guilty. I should be a smaller size with how much I work out, but I work out so I can still eat what I like (desserts)
5. I love watching soccer! Thanks to Jon - I grew up watching him and now I love watching Real and Liverpool and will re-arrange my schedule sometimes in order to watch a game. (sad huh!)
6. I have to have my hair done atleast every 8 weeks. It drives me up the wall to see re-growth so I try to go in every 7ish weeks. Plus I love the smells in the salon. I could sit there for hours!

OK! That took me longer to do than I expected - so now I am going to tag pretty much everyone on my friends list: Nikki, Luisa and Julia!!

Jumping...

So I have finally jumped on the blogging band wagon! I never really thought my life was all that interesting and that no one would want to read about anything I posted, but a few of my friends have convinced me otherwise so- here it goes.
I am a self-proclaimed blog-aholic. I love reading all about what is going on in my family and friends every day lives. So thanks for all your posts, and hopefully you'll enjoy a few of mine.
