Well, we got the biggest storm of the century today. It is amazing. We got at least 8 inches of snow last night and it's still coming down hard. All area schools are closed including the colleges which means Jay and I both have a snow day! We used our time wisely by playing with the neighbor kids. We built a snow fort and totally hung out. In some places the snow is up to my thigh, others it's taller than me with the snow drifts.

Merry Christmas
Our first Christmas together was a memorable one. We had a wonderful time. All of Jay's family was in town and we were able to visit eat lots of food and play games with them up until Christmas Eve when we made the long trek to my parents home. Normally the drive is about 8 hours but the weather was not on our side. After 11 hours we finally made it home. We spent Christmas at my parents home, which is a switch for us. I remember only two other Christmas' at home and the rest were in Sun Valley. My Mom took this opportunity to start new traditions. We played Christmas songs with chimes and my Dad read "Twas the Night Before Christmas" before we ran off to be in wait of Santa's visit.
We all had a great time and received a LOT of presents. We lounged in our pajamas all day and played games without a care in the world. We have lots of new games to play with everyone and a nut roaster so give us a call!
The rest of the week we relaxed, play games, rode the snowmobiles, sat in the hot tub and ate a LOT of food. We didn't come back to Moscow until New Year's Day and I am already missing my wonderful family.
