Go BRONCOS!!! I guess...

I'm excited that he is excited. Although I don't understand the whole thing. Peyton Manning singed with the Bronco's today. Josh called me from work and his exact words were, "My whole body is tingling."... If Peyton is all he is cracked up to be we will have a very happy household for football season. As my sister-in-law said we will have no more moody Sunday, Monday or Thursdays. For me this is plenty of reason to celebrate. So the kids and I planned a surprise party for Josh when he got home. We changed into our Bronco attire. Made football pizza's, had orange crush, cheetos, berries, salad, carrots and blew up balloons. The kids made posters to hang up around the house. Liam called Josh to ask where is bronco football and bear was. He then "tricked" daddy by saying we were having a pirate party. Layla then started yelling that Liam wasn't telling the truth and it was a Bronco party. I was trying not to laugh. Josh acted very surprised. It was so cute. These are the memories I love. although I think the combination of the food made Liam and I sick... Gross. I tricked Josh when we got married. Well not on purpose. He found out I was from the Denver area and asked if I was a Bronco fan. I said of course. What I meant by that was that was the team I grew up around. I had never watched a game. I really liked that their mascot was a horse. I did go to the parade when they won the super bowl and to some super bowl parties. More social then anything. On the other end he won me over when I found out he drove a truck and loved Chris Ledoux. I found me a real Wyoming cowboy. One problem... I found out later he had never been on a horse. That is ok. Obviously things worked out. He said one day we can get a miniature horse and DVR has really lightened the football season where it doesn't run our lives. Love you Josh and thank you Peyton.

A Post By Liam

Liam told me what to write. Here it goes:
"Liam loves Puss and Boots. He watched with his cousins. It was so fun that Liam started to giggle. He watched with his friends cousins. His Grandma and Grandpa let him play Mario. He liked that most. The Gremlin was so scary, Liam didn't like that. He loved the other stuff except the Gremlin. The Gremlin was funny but scary. He had big hair and red eyes and didn't come alive. Grandma threw away the Gremlin. I like that she threw it away. I like Grandma she has the best, best toys. She gave us special stuff and we put them in our mailboxes we made. Grandma Holly gave us another garden. I like that part. Auntie Tara gave us a new cape. We are typing this on the computer for everybody. This is a picture of clothes I put on of Puss and Boots. The End"
This is what Liam calls a Gremlin

The Gremlin is a troll my Mom has with her toys. Nothing has ever scared Liam but this little guy. I brought it in his room thinking he had out grown it. He screamed and cried. I felt bad but at the same time was trying not to laugh. Mean I know...

Cousins in Colorado

We just got back from a week with cousins in sunny Colorado. It was wonderful. Everyone was there most of the time besides Bryce. He is working very hard in school and therapy so he went back to Utah for the week. Ohh how I missed him. The best part was seeing Derek and Taryn who live in Michigan. They are so darling! Derek is the cutest 2 year old. He reminded me so much of Liam at that age. Ohhh how it melted my heart. When I saw him hitting or sword fighting a little rough I didn't say a word to Tara. If she asked I said, "Oh it was nothing." To me it was so cute. I remember those days :) How else can he express himself. He is a two year old hanging with the big kids. He is the sweetest child I know and best super hero. Taryn is the most darling little girl. Her and Liam's imaginations  and artistic talent made them the perfect match. I was blown away when I heard this little Sunbeam, who is barely 4 years old read. It was the cutest thing. Layla and Kathryn were the best little buddies. They have a very special relationship and I am so grateful she has her near to play with. Kathryn doesn't have a mean bone in her body. Oh how she loved Bessie. She would spend all day every day with our dog if she could. I told Liam and Layla it is just as much her dog as theirs. As for me I LOVE MY LITTLE SIS. I actually look up to her more then I do almost anyone. She is amazing. I love being with her. My Mom as always was wonderful and no doubt is the best Grandma ever. She really loves her grand kids. April wasn't there for the week because she was busy with Bryce. I missed her and having the three Wells girls together. I hope and and pray that we all can live near one another one day. Nothing beats family.
Liam and Layla were wonderful. I always am a little nervous about traveling alone with the kiddo's but they were great. We drove all the way there and didn't even use the DVD player. They loved their cousins and fell asleep very quickly after a long day of play. They also work up very early ready to play :) After Liam's first sword fight with Derek we reminded him he was only 2 and to take it easy, his response, "He is only two? Wow, Derek is a REALLY good sword fighter!". Thanks Mom for making this possible. It was something no one will ever forget.

I have a new paaion, Miniature horses. These little guys are almost as cute as my kiddo's. Can't wait to get one :)
