* singing in chapel

Hank and his class sang during chapel today which was also Ash Wednesday. I am horrible at holding a camera steady, always have been guess I always will be. But you can at least hear them!

Can't keep up

So I have discovered that I can not keep up with posting!

Here are a few pictures of Hank's 100th day project for school. THANKFULLY Grandpa Ed was so willing to help him. They had a great time (at least Hank did) and the project was awesome.

Skiing

This is our awesome Uncle Briant helping Hank try out his ski boots and ski's. Notice he is wearing a helmet!First day up on the slopes in 2009! It was a lot of work. I think I forgot about that part.

One totally CUTE dude!

This is what the tow rope does to you IF you grab it without a glove.
Honestly we had a great time. Even though it is free to go up one of the lifts after three we didn't make it that far. It took us about three hours to get to the tow rope and go down three times. We are going to try and go up again in a few weeks. No tow rope grabbing for me though!

Tuesday thoughts

I have found myself wondering how much I learn from my son. I have started reflecting on this every night before I fall asleep. So I have decided to try and post a thought on tuesdays, maybe it will help me remember to blog more often.

Today's thought - If you are in a lane that is going straight are you REQUIRED to let the people who are on the right or left merge into your lane? Or is this just a common courtesy?

Guess it was more of a question then a thought...
