12 Days of Christmas Update

I was nearly dead since late Friday afternoon xxx

Ms. Limo: Mama got sick :(
But she is up and running again now!

I spent all day yesterday on the couch
just do nothing but laying down and sleep.

I had to pass going out for Oktoberfest
and playing with all the fun projects
 in my WIP basket.

"12 Days of Christmas"
Size: 38" x 45" finished

Now I feel a lot better and
resuming working on this lovely quilt.

I'm all done with the prep part
and stitched down two motives -
- The lady in a blue dress and a cow.

Yes, all the hard works are done!!
And my favorite part - stitching
has finally begun :D

I still have to remember making
red berries which are very small circles :O
I may substitute them with wool fabric
like other small pieces - shoes and rings.

Ms. Limo: How about playing with me?

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

  6. I'm glad that you're feeling better. I've been fighting off something all this weekend too - must be the time of the year. I love the little pieces for your applique quilt. You're right - the hard part is done, now all you have to do is stitch.
