Matthew 6 (KJV)

16 Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance (a person's face or facial expression.): for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
17 But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face;
18 That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.

Fasting should be between you and God only. Make sure you keep yourself up during this time. Meaning your face may appear to look a bit off, keep it moisturized and healthy looking. If you have to exfoliate do that. Also, keep your breath fresh. Chew on some parsley, mint, ginger. You can also freshen it with ACV (Bragg's raw). When fasting your body releases toxins which is so beneficial to your body and spirit. During this time your brain cells increase and with that happening you become more in tune with your spirit. You will find yourself leaning more to the Holy Spirit rather than your emotions. Very rewarding! You will see growth and change in your spiritual abilities. ~ Karmen

Must Shower After Sex. 

Remove Dirty Linen and Replace With Clean Linen After Sex and / or soiling bed with any discharges from the body.

No sex during a woman's menstrual cycle.  It is impure to do this.  (During the cycle all the eggs that were not used are discarded along with any other impurities in the body).  If sex occurs during this cycle the husband is unclean.  The husband then is unclean for a week.  A woman is not pure until a week after her period. Then wife and husband can have sex.

This scripture above reminds me of those who like to argue about fasting. Who like to argue about when to celebrate Christ's birth and death. Thanksgiving. Who like to tell others how they should honor God. Who like to tell others what God finds more admirable. It is not between them, you and God...it is between you and God. As long as he is being honored. Isn't honoring and worshiping him the whole point? ~ Karmen
