Soviet onslaught!

Gday gday,
Long time no post i know. Been working like a dawg!
Between work and life in general just been finding hard to sit down long enough to get  a good hobby sesh in. But alas i have been chipping away at some Team Yankee Soviets.
Bit of modulated green and some 2 tone camo is dress of the day. I will keep plodding along so bear with me,

6mm US Coldwar is finished!

Hello hello.
My 6mm coldwar project has come to a quick completion.
All up finished these guys in 3 sittings and that is the joy of 6mm armour. Not sure if they will ever get a game in but im happy just to have them and in the future i may do some opfor for them.

6mm Team Yankee

G'day,
Another very productive day. Painted up a good chunk of my 6mm US Army for Team Yankee.
Miniatures are from CinC. Pretty happy with how they come out. Will by no stretch of the imaginations win any awards but they were quick and easy to get off the table.
Back on to my Napoleonic now and speaking of them, My flags finally arrived YAY!!!

GHQ M60A3 in Winter Verdant MERDC

Greetings!

Another day another tangent. Today i quickly knocked out these GHQ 6mm M60A3 and painted them up in Winter Verdant MERDC. About 3 hours work all up so not to bad a effort. These will be part of an US army force im doing for Team Yankee. Have some more goodies on the way but for now its back to Napoleonic's Huzzah!!!!

BMP-2 and BRDM

Greetings and salutations!
Today i bring you my latest work. Its nothing flash just got them done quickly and off my desk.
ACE models BMP-2 and an unknown resin BRDM2 i picked up cheaply on Facebook BSS.
Both painted using Mig Ammo paints and weathered with Oils from the same company.

6mm Cold War.....again...

Seasons greetings.
Taking a break from painting crusaders coz just frankly urrrrggggggghhhhhh so many mans.
With the recent release of Team Yankee my Cold War interests have been reignited.
As is my way i sold off all my previous forays into this period so i purchased new models from GHQ.
Not sure if ill be using them with Team Yankee as a mate is modding the epic armageddon ruleset for use with cold war.
Codenamed: Flashpoint. More on that as it comes into fruition.
So now onto the west germans. Went with Nato camo for a mid 80s type force, mix of leo1s and 2s.

Hello Hello,

Finished my soviets. Not happy with them but they will do. The camo turned out completely different to how I would have liked. I think I may grab another combat command from GHQ to try again.
