We had a family outing to the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo tonight! We just did the livestock part-- & dinner (BBQ-- YUM!). It was WAY too crowded for our taste so we didn't stay long but we did get to see my favorite part, the "Birthing Center" where all the new baby animals are. My favorite are the piggies! They were almost as cute as my little piggies! As you can see, Nathan & Alexa had a great time. I can't wait for them to be big enough to really enjoy it. I just know they'll love the petting zoo!

Welcome Spring!

We're so excited you're here!

Today we got together with another set of twins! Caden & Addison are just a month younger than Nathan & Alexa and were born at Texas Women's also! I met their mom (Laurie) through an email list I got on while on bed rest in the hospital. There was another mom who was supposed to join us who also has boy/girl twins their age-- but she couldn't make it. What a picture that would have been!

Our 2nd part of the trip was just as much fun as the first! I was so impressed throughout the whole trip how well the babies did! They were so good to play on the floor or be held by anyone. On Sunday evening we went over to my mom's friend's house. She also has twin grandbabies, 2 boys, born in December of 07. They let us borrow a few things for our trips to Utah so we had to go meet them & thank them! I'm sure you can imagine how hard it is to get a picture of 2 15 month olds & 2 7 month olds... yeah... this is the best we could do! Wednesday we went out & visisted my good friend from college, Katy. She has 3 adorable kids & her hubby is just about done with med school (yahoo!). We had fun catching up, as we always do! Other than the cold Alexa picked up on the last day, everything went smoothly. They even did well on the plane; sleeping for at least 1/2 of the flight! We were all so excited to get home & see daddy! It's a long time t...

We're having a great time here in Utah but we're missing Daddy! The babies did SO well on the plane & they've just continued to be such great babies while we've been here. We've been doing lots of fun stuff, having fun with Grandparents, aunts & uncles, visiting friends & having a great time! On our first day, we visited a friend of mine from high school & college, Lindsi . Her son Taylor was at Joy School so we missed him but had a great time with her adorable little Alli! Friday we had lunch with a VERY old friend. I hadn't seen Jessica in YEARS. We grew up together in Woods Cross. She is now married with a beautiful daughter, Avery, & living a mile away from my Mom & Dad's! Who knew? Jess & I dressed as Siamese twins one year for Halloween. (I'm trying to find the picture Jess!) It was SO great to see her again! Yesterday I headed up to Idaho with Trenda , an old roommate. We spent the day in Rexburg visiting the BYU -Idah...
