My new hair

So most of you know that I love my hair short. Well this past while I have had some suggestion to grow it out. Well, I don't want to any more I want it short again. So yesterday I had my roommate Kat that has never been to hair school and has only cut her hair and guys hair cut mine. I fully trust her. I think she did an amazing job. I mean I have a lot of hair and it took us almost two hours to complete her master piece. Here are some pictures of it as it happening and after. I tried to get some this morning after I did it but I was the only one home so there are kind of funny. Let me know what you think?

It's been awhile

So I am having a minor issue with my computer and the Internet. That's why I haven't posted in awhile. So here is my update.

I have been learning how to mountain bike. That might sound a little funny but you really do need to learn how to do it. I went with a few guys from my ward up to Big Springs. For all of you know I road bike and I like the distance. So we road our bikes up the canyon and then we did the mountain biking. It was a 31/2 mile loop. This is my third mountain biking trip. The up hill was hard and I did a lot of walking my bike. The down hill was fun and fast. I did go over my handle bars and that was just fun. Once you do it you are just a little more careful and take more caution. Two days later the same group of boys and me went up to Sundance to do some downhill mountain biking. Well this was my fourth time and well I am still not so good. Sundance is harder than Big Springs. I only went down twice and then I just took the lift up and took some pictures. I hope you enjoy these.

I am loving my job! This past week I was the sub for an English class. I really like having the same kids in different classes. I love Canyon View Jr. High and the people I work with. I love Mondays because we get out at 1:30 and it's nice so you can prepare for the week.

On Thursday I had a good visit with my good friend Scott. I love visiting with him because we talk about life and I like his point of view on life. Friday I set my best friend Emily Dennis up with my really good friend Josh Bishop. I went with Josh's roommate Jordan. They came to pick us up and then we made pizza and played a game. The pizza was so so so good. It had BBQ sauce and chicken and cheese and olives. Jordan you are an amazing cook. Saturday night I has another date, but this time it was with my friend Kirk. It was really fun. We went back to our childhood. We went to feed the ducks at the duck pond across the street from our apartment. Then we went to the library up on campus and picked out some children books and read them to each other. Then we walked down to 500 N and we started our scavenger hunt on our side of the street. We need to take some pictures of people not wearing a helmet, candy corn, a flower, a poster with an Indian on it, a bike, a famous person (we took a picture of me). It was really fun and we ended up at Sammy's which I have mentioned on my blog before. They have shakes with really pieces of pie in it. I had the one with Oreo pie. It was really good and then we walked home. Good times! I will try to update more often.
