When Clay got home on Tuesday I told him I had written a blog post I wanted him to read. He thought it was so funny that I couldn't tell him how bad my sugar had gotten in the last two days and how I made him read my blog post to let him know how bad it had gotten. So, he said alright what is your goal for the sugar detox how long? I explained 48-72 hours. He said that what the last time I had sugar and I could not tell a lie I had 3 mini chocolate chips after my post so Clay said what time did you eat those and I said about 7:30 PM so I am on detox until Friday night at 7:30p.m. I am already feeling better and it's been over 24 hours. I can do this - I don't need that deliciousness. Work sucks sometimes but it sucks whether I eat sugar or not so I just shouldn't. Today's Thursday so I'm on the home stretch.

SUGAR RUSH
You want to know how bad my sugar cravings are getting at work because I am so so so so bored ?? I looked up today what the healthiest candy out there. You know, trying to justify my need and I am so bored out of my mind. But I did find out dark chocolate is pretty healthy. I have been struggling pretty bad these days with wanting sugar. I think I need a detox. I read online today that if you quit cold turkey it could take 48-72 hours to take the edge off. I need to try that! Maybe I will - I'll let you know how it goes. Starting now! 10/14/2014 at 3:46 PM for 48 hours. I need to make up for eating 8 snack size 1000 grands yesterday for lunch and that wasn't all my sweets from yesterday. I did run yesterday but I'm pretty sure my intake of sugar calories out did my calories I ran off yesterday. I am also going to stop eating after 7. I did this is collage and it always worked out pretty well. I know that sometimes you can't help but eat after 7 like when I teach my spin class until 7 but once I eat dinner then that's it for the night. I am really struggling with the whole sugar thing these days. I NEED TO REGAIN control ! aaaaawwwwwwww
