New 15mm Army

Having recently purchased Two hour Waragmaes\ Rebel Minis "5150 Company Commander - Total War" I found myself in need of a second 15mm army.

More Sci-Fi City Estate

I've been making a a push to get my Sci-Fi City towards a place of "completion", as in finish the buildings and scenics I already have (which is more than enough to fill a table to be fair). The last two brick and prefab concrete stragglers have been done now.

Sci-Fi Recycling Truck

After printing it out ages ago I finally knuckled down and painted another vehicle from Digital Taxidermy, namely their "Omni-truck public service vehicle MK1". Even with a not-that-well-dialed-in 3D PLA print it's still turned out nicely.

It's a great big recycling truck for the more "meatier" waste of the future city. It'll do a great job blocking line of site for those cross street dashes!

Ooops!

I had decided ages ago that I didn't need a resin 3D printer. I have a FDM one for scenery, etc but didn't need one for minis as I have a substantial pile awaiting paint.

But here I now am, having been tempted by a used production model (with very recent lcd screen change)  at a reduced £125 from Dave at Mighty Mini's UK , who is based round the corner from me (he was upgrading to a bigger model). Quite looking forward to the wee adventure once all the other paraphernalia arrives. More as it happens...
