As Nintendo previously announced, the next additional to the Switch 2 Nintendo Classics GameCube library is officially set for release tomorrow. Much as we predicted, the original Luigi’s Mansion for GameCube is arriving just in time for Halloween this year and all eligible Switch Online members with a Switch 2 will be able to dive in starting…as early as tonight.

Walmart wasted no time rolling out its 2025 Black Friday sale details now that Amazon, Best Buy, and more have made their official announcements. Just hours after revealing its lineup, Walmart is already offering a sneak peek at the deals you can score when the sale officially kicks off on November 14. These offers are expected to be part of Walmart’s first of three Black Friday and Cyber Monday events, featuring discounts of up to 75% on everything from LEGO sets and Apple gear to TVs and more. November is almost here, which means we’re getting more and more LEGO news and unveilings, particularly on the newest building sets that will be releasing next year. It is Mario’s 40th anniversary this year and we have already detailed all of the new releases Nintendo is set to drop in celebration – there’s even a Talking Flower collectible from Super Mario Bros. Wonder. But Nintendo isn’t done yet, as it just announced that Mario will be soaring the skies through the streets of NYC this Thanksgiving in the Macy’s Day Parade. 

After some exciting new LEGO reveals this month, the LEGO Group is finally ripping the veil off a long-awaited Ideas set that we first got wind of over a year ago, right alongside the now-released Ideas Gremlins: Gizmo set that hit shelves at the top of the month. The new LEGO Ideas 21363 The Goonies set will mark the final build to join the theme in 2025, coming packed with blast-from-the-past details from one of the most beloved films of the 80s – and the best part is you won’t have to wait very long from today to get your hands on it! It’s been 10 years since Fallout 4 released, and Bethesda thinks it’s a good time to re-release the game. Not only will the new Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition including all of the already released DLC packs and even some Fallout 4 Creation Club goodies, but it is also slated for release on Nintendo Switch 2.

The worst kept secret in Switch 2 ports is now official. After the better part of a year’s worth of leaks, rumors, and hints straight from Ubisoft, an official trailer for Assassin’s Creed Shadows on Switch 2 just hit the official Nintendo YouTube channel. 

SanDisk is getting playful with its new launch, teaming up with Crayola to introduce a lineup of USB-C flash drives shaped like actual crayons. Available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB capacities, these colorful drives come in Cerulean Blue, Electric Lime, Mango Tango, and Vivid Violet, and the pricing starts at $14.99 shipped. Best Buy appears to be stocking them as well, though only the blue version is currently listed – and marked “Sold out” for now. Nintendo Direct goes live again this morning, and it’s all about the new Kirby Air Riders. As was officially announced earlier this week, Nintendo will livestream its next Direct presentation very soon on its official channels to give us another particularly lengthy look at the new Kirby racing title. 

Let’s take an updated look at all of the games confirmed for the Switch 2 GameCube library. Nintendo debuted the Nintendo Classics GameCube collection the same day Switch 2 launched this past summer with three titles and has steadily been updating it alongside the rest of the Switch Online retro libraries. 

After debuting its officially licensed Switch 2-compatible Express microSD earlier this year, Samsung is back again with another Express memory card called P9 Express. This new model is available in 256GB and 512GB capacities, and they’re both up for pre-order now at Amazon starting at $54.99 shipped. The 512GB variant is even seeing a launch deal down to $94.99 shipped with an on-page coupon. Deals on these Express microSD cards are hard to come by – and they often sell out quickly – so this is a great chance to secure one if you’ve been looking to boost your Switch 2’s storage. Just as we previously predicted (and hoped for) Nintendo has now officially announced that Luigi’s Mansion is the next game coming to the GameCube Nintendo Classics library for Switch 2. We knew it was coming at some point, and what better time than Halloween?

There’s been a couple trends in power bank design over the last couple years – see through form-factors that show off the internals and onboard displays. The new Lenovo 140W Smart Laptop Power Bank has both of them and it’s making its way stateside as a listing has just appeared on Amazon. 

Just on the heels of its Prime Day competitor Techtober sale and the still ongoing Outlet deals sale, Best Buy is now teasing an upcoming doorbuster sale. Ahead of the official Switch 2 launch, rumors suggested we could be seeing some official dual-screen action on Nintendo’s new console by way of a secondary USB-C port. We already know there are some not so perfect workarounds for using  second display on Switch 2, even your iPad, but the real question is, and has been for some time, when is Nintendo bringing DS to Nintendo Classics and how is it going to deal with the second display setup on those games? A new patent suggests something might already be on the works. 

There’s not very many travel-ready charger docks for Switch 2 out there, but this new JSAUX option is ready to connect you to the big screen anywhere. Yes, you can just lug around the sizable Switch 2 dock to make it happen anyway, but that’s not exactly the most compact or convenient way to make it happen – the new OmniCentro Charger Dock for Switch 2 is about the size of an average wall charger and you can score an early pre-order deal on it at $39.99 right now. 

After rolling out its Pokémon-themed accessory lineup a couple of months ago, Razer is back with a fresh drop – this time leaning fully into a translucent white aesthetic. A little over a month after Xbox confirmed the release date of its upcoming gaming handhelds, the ROG Ally and ROG Ally X are now available for pre-order. That also puts an end to all the speculation around pricing. The ROG Ally is priced at $599.99 shipped, while the more powerful ROG Ally X comes in at $999.99 shipped. The standard ROG Ally, which comes in white, can be pre-ordered from Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart. Update 10/14: The Assassin’s Creed Shadows Switch 2 release date has now leaked courtesy of a particularly reliable source – the game is expected to launch in Europe on December 5 – that likely means it will be right around then in the U.S. as well, if this date is indeed the real thing. This source also claims an official announcement will hit on or before November 7. 

Assassin’s Creed is in the news again to start the week, and this time it’s not for the somewhat controversial new Mirage Valley of Memory expansion – the Switch 2 version of Assassin’s Creed Shadows has leaked again. And this time we get a look at the box art. 

It looks like every official upcoming Pokémon project in the works at GameFreak has leaked. Sources who claimed to have datamined the developer’s roadmap from internal files have released details on a series of as of yet un-announced Pokémon titles, including the official Gen 10 Switch 2 game, and a series of other titles.

The My Nintendo Store Switch 2 pre-order invites have gone out and that means the first chance to score one of the new wireless GameCube controllers has too, but the actual Switch Online GameCube library won’t launch until June 5 when the Switch 2 does. Nintendo announced that it would be bringing GameCube to its classics library for Switch Online + Expansion Pack members alongside the Switch 2, but there are a few things you need to know about it and we’ll have a look at all of the games we know are coming to the service thus far down below.

Microsoft is shaking things up with Xbox Game Pass, rebranding certain subscription tiers while also increasing the prices. Amazon has debuted a bunch of new devices as part of its fall hardware event, including a new lineup for 2K security cameras. Amazon’s security camera brand Blink will have two new security cameras up for grabs later today – the Outdoor 2K+ and the Mini 2K+, both with support for up to 2K resolution. Additionally, we also got a new accessory called Blink Arc, which will let you combine two Blink Mini 2K+ cameras into a single unit for a seamlessly stitched 180-degree FoV feed.
