Project management that knows who is actually available

Kanban, Gantt and timesheets for teams that run many projects with the same people. Capacity planning is part of the plan, so you see who has time before you commit them.

Teamhood schedule view: eight people on a weekly time axis with shaped allocation bands, an hours-per-week strip, and one lane tinted to show an overload.

The problem

An engineer is booked 30% on your project. Across three managers, they are booked 130%. Each plan looks fine on its own. Nobody sees the total.

Large project suites can show it, but they need an admin and training. Simpler tools keep workload for their most expensive plan. So the real resource plan ends up in a spreadsheet that is out of date within days.

Resource planning

Resource planning without extra admin

Capacity panel for one person showing weekly hours, a part-time schedule, and a booked absence.

Real working hours

Set weekly hours, part-time contracts, vacations and half days for each person, and see them on the plan. People without special hours use the default, so there is nothing to set up first. You can also sync hours and time off from your HR or ERP system.

An allocation being reshaped with a curve preset, with the hours per week updating as it changes.

Shape work quickly

Front-load a ramp-up, taper a rollout or split work around a vacation. Use curve presets and drag handles instead of typing hours into cells.

Time off Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Mon Tue The shape steps over the absence and carries on

Plans that keep their shape

Move a task, extend it or give it to someone else. The hours move with it and flow around time off. Nobody has to re-enter the plan.

A person's page: hours committed against capacity for the rest of the week, open items, booked time off, and a four-week availability strip with one day per bar, with a tooltip on an overbooked short Friday reading 7.5h of 6h committed, 1.5h over.

A person’s full workload

Open a colleague’s page to see every open item they have and which project it comes from, their contracted week, their time off, and four weeks of booked hours against capacity. A short Friday shows as overbooked before you add more work to it.

AI assistants and API

Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot about your plan

Teamhood has its own MCP server, included in the one plan. Your assistant can read working hours, time off and planned hours, log time, and create and update tasks. It works as you, with your permissions.

Ask in plain words

“Who is off next week, and what do they have planned?” “Log two hours on the design review.” “Move TASK-12 to Done.” The assistant reads and changes the same items your team sees.

Safe by default

The assistant can only do what your role allows. Each change shows in the item’s activity under your name with an AI label. Use the read-only address if you only want answers.

API and webhooks for your systems

Everything in Teamhood is in the REST API, with a published OpenAPI document. Webhooks send changes to your systems as they happen.

Everything else a project team needs

One plan, many views

List, board, Gantt, mind map, schedule, timesheet and charts all show the same items. The schedule covers every project, so you plan them all in one place. Change something once and every view updates.

Set it up your way

Custom item types and fields, formulas, roll-ups, dependencies that reschedule work, and automation rules. Set up programs, phases and roles the way you plan them, and let hours and budget add up at each level.

Control and history

Roles and permissions, comments and mentions, an inbox with only what needs you, and a full activity history. Undo works on planning moves too, and changes show for everyone as they happen.

Portfolio list: four engineering projects with their work nested underneath, and hours, budget and logged time rolling up onto each project row.

Estimates, budget and tracked time add up from tasks to the project. These are the same items you saw on the board, Gantt and schedule.

Questions
What happens after the free month?
You choose monthly or yearly billing and the number of licenses for the one plan. You can cancel anytime. No credit card is needed to start.
Can we bring our data?
Yes. Import from CSV, or use the REST API and webhooks for everything else, including syncing time off from your HR or ERP system.
How do we pay?
By card, or by invoice with a purchase order. If your procurement needs something else, write to hello@teamhood.com before you start.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Everything is readable over the REST API, so you can take your whole workspace out at any time without asking us.
Is our data isolated?
Yes. Each organization’s data is kept separate, with roles, permissions and access per view. Data is hosted in the EU.
