Hayden's ITB Surgery

So on Wednesday the 12th of Jan we went to PCMC to have an Intrathecal Baclofen Pump surgically implanted into Hayden to help with his spasticity and hopefully avoid or prevent the need for ortho surgeries. It went well but was a long three days in the hospital. Every time someone would come into the room Hayden would say "You don't want to touch me" and get upset and then would be in pain. Or if he laughed too hard. He kept asking Dr's and Nurse's if they had seen Toy Story 4 or if they liked sausage. And if they didn't like sausage then he didn't pay any attention to them. It was pretty funny. I think I now have the record on how many times you can see Toy Story 1 2 and 3 in any time period. I may need some therapy for that, I am not sure. We had some ups and downs of course and I am wondering how many sets of sheets we will go through before his tummy is finally calm. Hard to get medicine in nd food that is somewhat good for him. He has a four inch incision on his abdomen and a small one on his spine but the spine seems to be more painful. He seems to be getting better every day though. He really is doing well and we are very blessed. Thanks to everyone who checked on Hayden, prayed for us and who helped me out at work as well. We really appreciate it.
