The impromptu nature of this release is something that helped kickstart things a little again for me as The Owl and its solo endeavours, having not only got stuck unable to release what I had finished, unable to open up folders and projects that were nearly complete, but I couldn't even face making anything new, for fear of it just going 'into the pile' and adding to the stress and anxiety.

In making this release, it reminded me of how to strip back the process of what I do, in order to try and feel free again, of the shackles that I alone have placed around myself in how much I put into every release, when all I need to do is remember the 'less is more' phrase at times too. Overthinking even the simplest stuff now, but I hope that Vertebrae Sands is something that aids my recovery and distancing from this trait that causes major problems to my health at times.
