Once this comic ends, that only leaves Twilight left.
After all, when you look at it;

Here's plot for a 7th/epilogue volume I'm happy to offer Pia-Sama, if they ever get stuck for ideas.

It's Spike's birthday coming up*, and between Rarity, Twilight and Pinkie they come up with a theme of a Dragon Party, but as dragons are hard to come by at present, Rarity designs some very skimpy costumes for the girls** (though, Spike is requested to wear the cowboy vest he wore in "Showgirls", boxer/swimshorts and his trademark gloves & boots, whilst Pinkie plans on the cake for Spike, with sugar crystals and rock candies for decorations, so they can all enjoy it***.
However, no sooner has the party got underway and the cake almost, when Spike is gangbanged by the girls, the party turns into an orgy and they all end up naked prior to the odd shoe, glove or accessory still donned, and Spike looking wiped out, but overly happy.
However, that's only the end of it as the next thing Spike knows is that less than a month later, all 6 girls show him positive tests, and since he was the only male around****, there's not doubt, to his own shock, that he's the father.
The picture that follows, taking place a month later still, is Spike, dressed in the suit Rarity made for him when he first visited Vinal's place, arms linked with Rogue Diamond Crew (3 each side, with Rarity linked to Spike's left arm Twilight on his right), all 6 of them in wedding dresses and heavily pregnant as all 7 seven are standing at a church alter with Zecora residing the ceremony*****, whilst Apple Bloom is in the background, dressed as a bridesmaid and looking sulky and jealous. Spike is smiling nervously/crookedly, though his eyes show nothing by worry and panic, thinking to himself "How did this even happen?!?" and "Now what am I going to do?", whilst the girls' faces show nothing but love and compassion.
The final image follows, possibly in the middle of the reception or the mass-honeymoon, with Zecora, naked par her jewellery, ploughing Spike, who naked aside from his collar-&-tie and socks, flat on his back and with a raptured look on his face, whilst his new wives, naked par their underwear, stockings, shoes, gloves and headdresses spoon and scissor each other in another orgy, whilst a fed-up Apple Bloom sits nearby, holding Zecora's clothes in her arms.

** = Mostly scaley-looking bikinis & swimsuits with kinky boots, gloves, headband horns and clip-on wings & tails.

**** = The party took place onboard the Rogue Diamond, by-and-by.
***** = Zecora's ordained and is the most sanist in The Harbour to carry out such a ceremony, despite what Vinal thinks of the zebra.

First of all, I know this might be like the outcome of the "Dragon Mating" comics, where Spike chooses to marry the Mane 6 and the two Princesses out of love for all of them, but here, he has no choice - especially after what Applejack had always warned him after he first encountered Apple Bloom.
Now, the reason Zecora and Apple Bloom play out in the last scene is because they play a part in the cause of it all - meaning that Spike had NOTHING to do with it...intentionally.
Apple Bloom had managed to get her hands on a bottle of fertility potion from Zecora - whether she tricked the zebra into selling it to her, or the young filly stole it during a visit doesn't really matter - with the intention to drug Spike with it so she could finally have her way with him.
However, before she could, she got the bottle switched with one of Pinkie's flavour essences whilst Pinkie was making Spike's cake.
It wasn't until after she disguised the "potion" into a bowl of fruit punch and urged Spike to take a cup, before Rarity passed, in nothing but a bathrobe (which was hiding her party outfit underneath) and took Spike away, that at first, she thought the potion must've had a delayed action. She then downed the whole bowl herself to see if that was the case. Nothing happened. it wasn't still she checked the bottles that she saw her mistake.
And what was worse, Pinkie had poured the whole bottle into the cake/frosting mix, and since the entire cake got (almost) eaten making it double-strength and quick-action - which was why the Rogue Diamond crew were so big so quickly.
Twilight, however, figured out what had happened between their announcements to Spike and the wedding, after consulting Zecora first, who drives the last nail into Apple Bloom's backfiring coffin by eating the last piece of Spike's birthday cake herself, thus teaching the filly a lesson about messing with nature and getting what she wants by any means necessary via sneaky means....
