When I arrived to pick up my new car the sales guy chatlie was dealing with to many clients and kept on walking away every two min, there wasn't a one on one thing going on, the following day the problems start engine light came on no power exhaust filter full, the garage didn't want to know, claim on the warranty even though I only had the car for one day, i also noticed the car wasn't cleaned to a very high spec the cost of the the car for 2 yrs warranty and finance was £21000 i was exspect better standards of service, not at all happy with the service offered and would not buy from this dealer again.

Delivery should be in a safe place not just left on the doorstep for any passer by to take !! Delivery took a while this time, but was in good condition.

Service was very quick and easy, booked short break, only thing that spoilt it the comany is not linked to Ryanair so had to set an app with Ryanair before I could confirm flights, this is the only thing that needs to be looked at.
