Mum has been at Carpenter Court Nottingham for almost 2 years. Fiona the house manager celebrates working there for 5 years this week. Just wanted to say what a fantastic support Fiona is to the residents. She frequently goes above and beyond her duties to make the day to day easier and more enjoyable. Fiona regularly organises events to bring the complex residents and wider community together. We feel very fortunate to have Fiona as the house manager, long may she continue.

As always service from Kerry was friendly, helpful and efficient. As usual the booking process with Hays is so stress free and much simpler and easier than doing it ourselves.

I had a problem as I had double booked a venue. Replies to query dealt with quickly and efficiently. Amazing service, so helpful when the problem was of my making.

Easy to book appointment for repairs.Allocated time slot with notifications and prompt arrival. Engineer was extremely helpful, knowledgable and efficient. Had to wait for a part but left me with central heating operational in th pe meantime.

Luci the young person who was your travel advisor was outstanding. Very polite knowledgeable, respectful and not pushy. No question was left un answered. But your technology made her job very difficult, however she stuck with it despite this issue.
