Brilliant Support from Melanie and Scott
We’re really happy with the customer service we’ve received from Keepmoat so far. Melanie from the Customer Service team was very helpful and responded quickly, arranging for Customer Care Technician Scott to come out and deal with the minor issues in our new home.
Scott was outstanding. He was polite, friendly, kind, and very dedicated to his work. He took the time to fix everything properly and made sure the issues were resolved to a high standard.
We understand that minor snags can happen with any new build, but we’re very pleased with how quickly and professionally Keepmoat has dealt with them. It’s reassuring to know that the team is willing to listen, respond, and put things right.
So far, we’re very happy with our new home and really appreciate the support we’ve received from Melanie, Scott, and the Keepmoat customer care team. Thank you for the great service!
