Great rebounder trampoline, really easy to put together with good instructions. Feels very sturdy and has a good bounce. It’s great that it can be folded up and stored away in the bag supplied. Really good company and well worth the money.

I am very pleased with the quality of the rebounder. It is strong and stable and although the safely handle wobbles a little it does its job perfectly. The bounce mat is firm and comfortable to exercise on. The bungees are practically silent. The bungees come prearranged which saves a lot of trouble. I have only been using it for a week but it is a great rebounder that doesn’t take up too much space.
My only grip is that I had to pay £20 postage although I live on mainland UK, even though all information claims free delivery until delivery address is entered. Nevertheless this rebounder is excellent value.

I've never been one to stray away from the gym in search for an alternative workout but since becoming a mum I don't have the time to go to the gym as much as I'd like. This is a not only a fun but effective way to get the heart pumping! I had a slight issue with my delivery but the team were straight on it, resolved the issue and went above and beyond. The quality of the product is impressive, so much so my 64 year old mum just bought one!
The subscription is very reasonable and the content will keep you busy for a while. As someone who has zero coordination I seem to be picking it up ok!
My only gripe if I had to have one is I receive 3 pairs of yellow and black socks, a variety would have been nice as pictured. But you could say I am just being fussy!
If you want a fun way to exercise knowing you have amazing support from the CS team then 100% go buy one!

My daughter bought one at the same time, and her experience is the same. She had to contact customer services due to a very minor issue (caused by the delivery service, not by BB) and was responded to very quickly, and dealt with to the satisfaction of my daughter. So, great customer service too. What more can I say - I’m delighted

Everything about this product, from delivery to self assembly was amazing!!!. I have not had this much fun exercising in very long time. I weigh 80 kg, I found this trampoline to be very bouncy, knee friendly and quiet !!!
You will definitely boogie as you bounce on this :) . Will be buying one for my mum.

Easy to order and a really good price this is the 2nd boogie bounce trampoline I got the 1st bought 6 years ago and finally gave up being bouncy new ones even better ..lighter in weight and easily moved (once it's up it's up and kept in the dining room) and quiet!! No squeaks lol
No complaints but I use the boogie bounce first dvd ....love the routines but another dvd of routines would be very welcome ( I don't use apps or the Internet really) but couldn't find one anywhere similar to the first dvd format

Arrived with no issues.Assembly was relatively easy. However no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t open the trampoline by myself despite watching a video on how to do it. I found this to be frustrating and needed another person to open it with me though they do say the first time opening it is stiff and I think two people are necessary. A firm bounce at the moment until everything loosens up. Handle feels slightly shakey but perhaps I haven’t tightened it properly. Ideal size for portable use. Would I recommend - yes

While it is normal to be a bit stiff on the first couple of uses, it should still be possible for one person to do it, and you mention, should loosen after being opened and closed a couple of times. Prompt delivery after purchase. Easy assembly, even for me!! Needed a friend at very end of assembly to fully open it as quite stiff. Downloaded free app for 30 day trial... and addicted to it already! Gives me energy and joy! Recommended it to my non-sporty sister and might buy it for her for Xmas!!!

The dispatch was very efficient, customer service is fantastic, purchased for my daughters 8th Birthday let's just say since I've assembled the rebounder, she hasn't wanted to get off it. A fun way to stay fit alongside her Sports, due to the bar being adjustable I can also use it. Was the best thing I've done I'd say. Assembled easily by one person, can't say my daughter will ever let me put it away ☺️

Excellent service. My rebounder arrived super quickly and was really easy to assemble. The rebounding mat was already attached so I didn't have to threat the bungees before use and I fitted the rest of the components without any trouble at all. Overall the Boogie Bounce is a very well made and well designed product. I have followed a couple of the Boogie Bounce workouts and really enjoyed them. I think it should be outlined that an extra 30 euro charge will be added to customers if ordering from Ireland for custom charges.. on top of the delivery cost.

Hi Molly, apologies for the confusion. I believe the import duty was €4.50 and the rest of the fee was the VAT. Really great company. Sturdy product. Great app. Also YouTube has videos available on their channel. Dvd not in box but because of the other two ways to access workouts it wasn't necessary. Really enjoying beginner bouncing sessions! Joint friendly way to do cardio.
