This rebounder is great quality! I was worried I would have to attach the bungee cords but that was already done. Super easy to assemble and it even came with a workout video and complimentary grippy socks. I love it!

I purchased a Fit Bounce Pro XL bungee sprung rebounder in March. It was delivered right away and I love my rebounder. High quality and lots of fun. They also provide access to instructional videos.

It works exactly as described: the bands are soft and quiet, it's easy to open and close, and it also looks great. Their YouTube channel has plenty of helpful videos to get started, even for beginners. I use it with cross training shoes, but I find it works even better with non-slip socks.

I ordered the Fit Bounce PRO XL. I had a problem with the bungees; the tension of the bungees too soft.

I had a great communication from the customer service team. The request was resolved quickly as they sent to me a set of the firmer bounce bungee’s. Excellent after-sales service.

Loving my new Rebounder from Rebound Fitness. Purchasing an delivery was easy. Assembly took 5 minutes. I really value the accessories - hand weights, straps. I've been using the online video's and really enjoying my morning rebounding sessions. So easy to get the rebounder out, get on with the video and cool down afterwards. Feeling more energised and alive already.

I recently ordered the MaximusPro rebounder mat and while installation was a bit tricky (definitely a two-person job!), the quality of the mat itself is excellent and feels really durable. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service I received from Liza. She went above and beyond — promptly sending over clear installation instructions and even including a spare mat just in case, which was such a thoughtful touch. Her support made all the difference. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product with this level of care. Highly recommend both the product and the team behind it!

As a 67 year old, I recently purchased a Fit Bounce Pro rebounder in order to improve fitness levels without too much impact on joints and to aid recovery of a torn calf muscle, as a physio had suggested gentle bouncing would aid strengthening once the calf had fully healed. I can’t comment yet on that aspect as my calf is still healing. The rebounder is extremely well made and very easy to set up, being already assembled. I purchased the hand bar attachment to aid initial stability. It was a little tricky to attach the top part of the bar until I stood on the rebounder to affix it. One word of caution, when the rebounder is folded in its storage bag, I would recommend laying it flat – I initially had it stood up and managed to knock it over and the metal rim landed across my foot - very painful! The support materials online are very good. I made the investment as I didn’t want the hassle of setting up and maintaining a cheaper brand and which wouldn’t be so kind on my ageing body! I am very pleased with the rebounder but only time will tell if I will use it to an extent that justifies the outlay.

I purchased the MaximusPro Rebounder 5/25/2025 directly from USA website, due to referral by UK friends & received delivery immediately as promised.

I love my Rebounder & I have immediately begun on my own, at the moment, getting used to finding my bounce stability.

I am now in hopes nothing bad, or unnecessary, happens to quality construction of my Rebounder, as I just now, for the 1st time, have sadly read a few bad experiences of their Rebounder.

I reviewed TrustPilot a few times prior to purchase, as well as after purchase, as I couldn't create a new account & became concerned, as noone had yet responded, to my query for new account assistance/explanation.
[A couple days later I received reply stating, that new account creation now, is only for their fitness trainers]

What I find now odd & again a bit concerning, is I had not seen any bad reviews, even though site states no company can pay, to have bad reviews removed.
Yet, TBT .. I honestly read all 5 star reviews & I continued to return for a few days looking for other reviews less than 5 stars, to oddly find nothing under 5 stars until today, when starting my own review.
New recent & past reviews, that were prior to my purchase date, have now oddly been re-displayed, that are from 1 - 4 star reviews. Why?

Thus, now finding a specific recent 2 star review is quite concerning, which makes me a bit leary, as to a legit reason, why every comment under 5 stars were literally hidden/withheld.

I appreciate honest reviews from others & I was actually shocked to find no reviews under 5 star existed, which is why I decided to proceed with my own purchase.
TBH .. seriously not cool, as that messes now with my trust, as well as others.

I pasted part of the specific review below from May 2025:
"This is now my 3rd replacement mat. I've also had to replace a spring. I'm not heavy - 70kg" [<< my thought's .. which is only approx. 154 lbs.
Yet, the weight restriction supported for MaxPro Rebounder, is double that weight amount.]

Which is odd, as the Max Pro 'appears', to be of superb strong construction, to me as well.

No clue when he 1st purchased his Rebounder.
However, obviously his purchase has not been that long ago, to feel the need to reach out to TrustPilot, to give his headsup quality query review.

He definitely has the right to be unhappy & frustrated, after having to pay 3 times for a mat replacement, which he honestly further states he feels the company, should have the absolute ability to make quality material, to not cause their customer's continued additional costs, which he now feels is to only benefit the company with added extra revenue.

I do feel bad for him, as noone had/has replied back, to address his concerns.
Yet, they have openly replied back to everyone else.
I hope there is a good resolution, to help him further enjoy his Rebounder & his company experience.

TBH .. I love my Rebounder & I, too, hope this does not become my own unfortunate experience.

I bought the fold-up maximus pro. The quality and performance of this rebounder i cannot fault in any way .It was delivered quickly with great communication from the customer service team . Any problems are easily remedied as this is a British company so any problems are easily resolved. I recommend that you buy from them as you will not be disappointed in any way

Re: MaximusPro. This is now my 3rd replacement mat. I've also had to replace a spring. I'm not heavy - 70kg and don't use the rebounder every day. Producing durable parts for such a simple device must be within this company's ability. I suspect the quality is intentionally poor in order to create an after sales revenue stream. Be prepared for running costs!

I purchased a MaXimus PRO Folding Rebounder Fitness Trampoline via Amazon. It was delivered promptly and was as I expected. I am impressed by the performance and the compact size it packs away to. Although the instructions recommend folding it with two people, it is easily achievable by yourself once familiar with the process.
The springs provide great performance but be aware that they will be louder than the bungee version. If you have noise sensitive family or room mates, take that into consideration if you are going to be working out early hours of the morning. The instructions recommend baseline or coconut oil on the spring ends to reduce the noise slightly so I will see how well that works. I am sure it will soon be white noise.
I have used it for a few days now. Although my heart rate did not break out of light to mid aerobic following the supplied dvd intermediate level, I have certainly discovered some muscle groups I obviously had not used for a while. Like anything new, once you get used to it you soon settle into a routine.
Great product, great fitness method with lots of health benefits. Win, win.
