I had a fantastic and very successful experience with Sultan. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better instructor.

I have had lessons with several other instructors, and unfortunately, this wasn’t my first attempt at passing my driving test. However, after changing instructors, Sultan took a completely different approach to identifying and correcting my mistakes.

I am absolutely delighted to say that today was the day I successfully passed my practical driving test! 🎉

A very good learning experience with Miss Borbala at Jarrett's Driving School! Ever since the first lesson, she has provided the best support, advice & guidance, all delivered with patience during lessons (not only just to pass the test, but ultimately to drive safely). Many thanks to her, as I passed my manual driving test on my first attempt, with only 2 minors!
Communication with my instructor has been very simple, and rescheduling certain lessons were easily done with long-enough notice.
Really appreciate Borbala's willingness to provide an early-morning pre-test lesson on my test day, to accommodate my morning test slot, despite her having to journey far - Shows that she thinks of what's best for her students.
Should you decide to start your driving journey with this driving school, I'd recommend having lessons with Miss Borbala, and she will look after you well!

I am so happy and grateful that I passed my driving test today on my very first attempt! I wanted to say a huge thank you to Louisa for all her support, patience, and excellent guidance over the past few months. As soon as I had my first lesson I recommended her to my husband and he too passed first time with her. She does go deep to explain how things need to be done. Her calm approach and clear feedback made a massive difference in building my confidence behind the wheel. I couldn't have done it without her. I cannot recommend Liliana highly enough. She is an incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated driving instructor who genuinely wants her students to achieve the best possible result. She is firm in the right way, but always friendly, calm, and supportive — the perfect balance.

As someone with ADHD, I often need extra patience, clear structure, and reassurance. Liliana provided all of that and more. She adapted her teaching to my needs, explained things clearly, and helped me stay focused even when I struggled. Her support never wavered.

Thanks to her guidance and belief in me, I passed my driving test on the first attempt — something I still can’t quite believe. It truly feels like a dream come true, and it is all thanks to Liliana’s consistency, encouragement, and high standards.

I passed my test two days ago and my instructor was Darshan.I am very grateful for his support and encouragement throughout my lessons from the very beginning up until now.He was extremely patient with me and made sure I was comfortable and confident on the road. Today, I am so happy I passed my driving test on second attempt. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor in Darshan, he is a God sent to me, very good at what he does and full of patience while teaching. I would recommend Jarett any day anytime because of him. If you’re looking to start your driving lesson and happen to come across this, kill the doubt, Jarett and the wonderful instructors are there for you .

My instructor Sam Wei is extremely helpful and supportive. He is always on time; an effective communicator and very direct in his feedback. His schedule is flexible and willing to compromise based on your availability. A huge thank you to Jarretts and Sam for helping me pass the first time!!!

I passed my driving test first time, thanks to Darshan. Darshan has been a patient and supportive driving instructor since I began lessons with him, ensuring I was fully confident with the basics before introducing me to main roads. He prioritises safety and confidence in his students, rather than rushing them through the driving process, in order to give thorough teaching. I highly recommend booking with Darshan for driving lessons.

I had Jay as my instructor. Great teacher, made me confident with ability to drive. Helped me overcome roadblocks and small potholes to smooth out my driving. Great experience.

Very disappointing experience with Jarretts Driving School.

I booked a driving lesson for Friday and planned my schedule around it. I was aware of the school’s policy stating that students cannot cancel lessons within 48 hours of the booking. However, my lesson was cancelled by the instructor at short notice.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, but it feels unfair when students are expected to follow a strict 48-hour cancellation policy while lessons can be cancelled by the instructor at short notice. I had already made plans around this lesson, so the cancellation caused significant inconvenience.

I hope Jarretts Driving School can review this policy and ensure that it is fair and consistent for both students and instructors.

Finding the right driving instructor makes such a difference, and I’m so glad I found Vikas. ❤️

Learning to drive wasn’t easy for me. I lost confidence and reached a point where I wanted to give up. But Vikas was incredibly patient with me and refused to let me quit.

He pushed me when I needed it, encouraged me when I was nervous and constantly reminded me that I was capable.
