Your online Agent, Carla was excellent. Very good quality. She quickly understood the problem that I had and concisely offered a solution. She helped me with my questions and was polite. She took over my switch to another tariff and registered me for an IHD. I am now on the waiting list for the IHD.
The Virtual Agent, Cosmo, was of no help. Very poor quality.

My Loyal Octopus plan is coming to an end and a great operative called Claire has been helping me and advising me on the options that I can consider for my next tariff. I think the customer care provided by Octopus is outstanding

I did get cut off 3 times before being answered. However my request was dealt with professionally. Not sure Please Release Me is a good choice for music on hold.😅 It was also abit annoying that is the only tune

Brandon was very helpful he helped me figure out how to give my metres readings and also did a complaint for me due to still waiting for an engineer to come and change my metre over.

I had problems with FIT payments from the switch from SHELL to OCTOPUS, Reece solved the problem without fuss called back when promised, was polite and efficient. A credit to Octopus.

Fantastic customer service from Octopus Energy.
I am in the process of switching suppliers and needed to speak to someone about a the “Octopus 15M Fixed” tariff.
The phone was answered in under 1 minute by Eris who was able to answer my query extremely quickly and efficiently. They also answered another question regarding payment dates and left me feeling extremely reassured that the switch was going to be a simple one.
The whole communication process was a breath of fresh air.
I would thoroughly recommend switching to Octopus, especially with the new higher standard variable rates kicking in on October 1st.
I now have the freedom to switch to a better tariff in April, when prices should be falling, safe in the knowledge there are no exit fees.
(Switching to a Fixed tariff with my old supplier would have meant incurring £150 exit fees if I needed to switch before the tariff ended)
Switching to Octopus is a no brainer.
As an added little bonus, when submitting a meter reading they offer a chance to win credit on your account via the Octopus wheel of fortune - with credit ranging from £0 to £512.
I wish I had switched a long time ago.
