Very polite and quick service. Communicated and kept me informed of timings
Easy to claim and book an appointment. Friendly staff who did a fantastic job fixing my phone. Good as new. Highly recommend
I have NatWest packaged account phone insurance, administered by Likewize. My phone was exchanged under a claim in 2024, but the old phone's IMEI is still on my account. The portal says the registration limit has been reached and tells me to click "More" to remove a device, but the only option under "More" is "Edit device name". That means I can't register my current phone.
My phone is now damaged, with the back exposed and the handset overheating, so I called to make a claim. The agent, Dylan, was excellent. He was patient, explained the IT fault clearly and honestly, and raised a ticket to get it fixed. The system would not let him open the claim for me either, so I still have a hazardous phone and no claim in progress.
Dylan deserves recognition because the fault lies with the platform and not with the staff. Likewize, please fix the device-removal function and give your agents a manual override so that customers with valid cover can actually claim. I will update this review once the problem is resolved.
Great service arrived on time fantastic that they come to you. Excellent repair done ..phone is like new
Super service. Easy to arrange and easier to fix. The guy was polite, helpful and swift to fix it, explaining the process. Really pleased
We were turn down for a repair on my S23 Ultra due to it having been previously repaired even though this was never mentioned as something that could be an issue when on the website or booking the repair.
Guy came out in van next day and fixt the phone, good as new now. Great service
Sent my phone via mail. Phone was repaired and sent back within less than a week and feels like new!
I am not impressed with this service at all.
2 cancellations the night before, after receiving text to say I would have someone come out to repair my device.
Both times I had to call as I had to keep changing addresses due to working hours and days.
Then yesterday there was some hope as they said the device will just be replaced and not repair for no extra costs.
It was promised to arrive today. With tracking details given later that night.
Nothing arrived.
Long time on hold again to find out that the device became out of stock, last minute.
Now a device that is not a straight swap for mine will be delivered at some point but not until the Monday which will have no one home.
I am not holding my breath that it will even turn up.
Incredibly, disappointed and questioning as to why I even bother to pay insurance.
No phone for over a week so far and in the world we live now, everyone relies on their devices.
It was a quick and easy process. The technician came to my door to collect the phone, asked me some more questions, fixed it within 30 minutes and came and delivered it to my door again. Very easy. Would recommend.
Great service, very friendly, fast and convenient! Very happy with the repair.

• Watch claim was started on 4th Sept 2026 while on holiday in Greece.
• Waited till I got back to UK and had to pay an initial fee of £79.00 before Likewize would consider looking at it.
• Courier turned up on 8th Sept and picked the watch up.
• After not having any correspondence (not even to say they had received it), I called them on the 14th Sept and asked what was happening.
• Within a fairly short time (hour or so), I got 2 emails. The first one saying they had received the watch and then a second one saying they were unable to repair it. In that email, I was told I owed another £70.00 before they could progress the replacement.
• I checked the Web Site and it clearly said a £99 excess was due. So, once again I had to call them. This time I was told I had been charged too much initially and it should have been £49.00 and not £79.00, so I only owed them £20.00 (to make it up to 99). I paid the £20.00 and waited for my replacement watch.
• On 17th Sept, I then received another email stating the watch could not be repaired or replaced and therefore they would refund me £260.00, and by the way, I owed them an additional £20.00. I would like to state here, the Galaxy Ultra watch is *not* obsolete and is still definitely being sold at this moment, so Likewize obviously decided it was cheaper not to replace it after all.
• Once again, I called them to dispute the additional £20.00. I was told I had fully paid my £99.00 excess and I was reading the email incorrectly because it did not say I owed the additional money. Here is an excerpt of the text in the email:
“The excess for cash reimbursement claims is £99 therefore we need to collect an additional payment of £20.00” – I don’t think I’m the one that is at fault here.
Along the way, I made a crucial mistake (apart from using these guys in the first place). When I was told they might either repair or replace the watch, I packaged up the watch in the original retail packaging (that I received when I purchased it from Samsung). I also included the Orange Strap and the Manual. In the absence of any direction from Likewize, I assumed any replacement would be a ‘proper’ retail packaged device (like the one I sent them). Apparently, the technicians “throw away” any packaging upon arrival and if you sent a strap, you probably won’t get that back either. If they replace the watch, the only thing you will receive is the “watch body” and nothing else. So beware if you send your faulty item back in the same condition I did.
Nothing was frictionless with these guys. Initially, the claim was rejected because they didn’t deem my serial number to be correct (it was). That elicited a call too (while I was in Greece). Their automated phone system is super rubbish and it's pretty much impossible to get their T’s and C’s from their Web Site if you want to check their contractual obligations. Everything is Opaque and appears to be designed that way.
My watch was a Samsung Galaxy Ultra, purchased just over a year ago for ~£577. I have been offered £260.00 back from Likewize (£99.00) of that is excess, so in reality I've only received £161.00 under this policy.
This policy was provided by Barclays 'Tech Pack Insurance', so don't be fooled by the pedigree. I will certainly not be dealing with these guys again. I have had this insurance since Dec 2024 and this is the first claim I have ever made.
I think it's very poor that they have not 'replaced' the watch, as it's a 'current' and very popular model. So I don't know how they can justify the statement on their email:
"We’re sorry, we can’t repair or replace your device, so we’ll reimburse you for the amount of £260.00 which is calculated on the fair market value of your device."
