Mersey Rod - Drain Unblocking, Surveying and Repairs Reviews 

After watching the YouTube channel I have now unfortunately seen it in person haha. Luckily it was only a blocked toilet that was the problem, quick and easy for andy and some good tips and advice. Fingers crossed I'll never have to call you up again.

Sorted blocked drain and also tended to a drain that was starting to block up that we were not aware of. Very efficient and quick to come out.

Very impressed with the staff at Mersey Rod - from booking an appointment to the guy who arrived on time and discussed the issue with me, explaining what he would do.
I was able to see what was going on via camera in the drain and be assured that all was fine.
Within few hours, I was emailed a report with photos.

Honestly everything about Merseyrod service was impeccable, very friendly and very quick turnaround between booking ans arrival, Dave was super friendly and when we explain the problem and asked him to check the outside instead of working straight on the toilet he identified the issue within less than 5 minutes, sorted it just as quick and gave me plenty of advice on how to avoid it happening going forward

Had a blockage and called Mersey Rod on Sunday morning. They arrived a couple of hours later and fully resolved the problem. Dave called 30 mins prior to arrival to let me know an ETA, he was very professional and kept us fully updated with progress. Issue fully resolved and then the impacted area cleaned down and everywhere was left spotless. Could recommend highly enough. Great comms, great job and speedy response.

Second time I’ve used them. Great to organise a booking with, andy called in advance to let me know he was on the way. Guaranteed work so only pay if the job is done satisfactorily which it was. Would recommend.

I hired Liverpool Drainage on the Monday stating I had blocked drains and had to pre-pay £199. Their engineer turned up took a look and said he couldn’t do anything as there was no inspection hatch, he left, no refund.
I then contacted Merseyrod who attended on the Tuesday, their engineer was fantastic and had the drains unblocked and the mess cleaned up within an hour.
Once completed I paid.

Excellent service from start to finish. from initial call to job done. They arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, cleared the blockage and let me view what was found on the camera. I couldn't recommend anyone better.

Justin called me when he was 30mins away and arrived on time. He was very polite, efficient and soon diagnosed the blockage. He worked hard to clear our drain and used a camera to check it was fully clear. He wasn’t happy with the first view and gave the drain another wash. He showed me using the camera, that the job had been completed thoroughly. I was very impressed with all aspects of the work he carried out and he left the site very clean and tidy.

Have used Merseyrod previously, a few years ago, and they remain just as good. An external drain needed Attention. They were with me in just over an hour and the blocked drain was quickly and expertly sorted out. An efficient, trustworthy and reliable firm!

Called Mersey Rod as United Utilities decided that my drains serviced only my property. The lady on the telephone was really helpful gave me all the information i needed. Within 2 hours my drains where cleared they showed me what the problem was and gave solutions how to prevent the problem reoccurring. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Called them in the evening as my drains had blocked (toilet wipes, I know, I know, lesson very much learned!). Explained my husband is going through chemo so need to keep the risk of infection low for him. Came out early next morning as a priority for us and sorted everything within 30 minutes. Recommendations also made after putting camera down to check everything out. Couldn't have asked for better service after a very stressful and smelly few hours where I had tried to clear it by hand!! Will definitely be using them to sort out their recommendations for me (no pushy sales tactics either, just up to me if I want to sort it or not) - Thank you!
