Having recently moved to Cornwall
Having recently moved to Cornwall, and researching various builders merchants in my area, I decided to use Bradfords in Launceston because of there 5 star reviews. I am so pleased I did; I placed my order online and the service I received was excellent. The delivery of bulk granite chippings for my driveway and a few other sundry items was super fast and efficient. The lorry driver who delivered was most polite, kind and very helpful. I would certainly use Bradfords again without hesitate, and thoroughly recommend the company to others for all your building needs.

Considerate and convenient, but not suitable if you need more help
Had a phone call in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date, which was appreciated. Information on the day was limited (had a text at 3pm confirming an 11am-4pm delivery slot), and the chap was a bit rushed but was polite and helpful. I asked if he could unload the gravel closer to where I needed it (4 bags front garden, 12 back driveway) but he didn't have time - which is a shame as delivery is quite expensive, and I couldn't move the bags that far on my own (but thankfully my partner could).
