Hay crate has arrived faulty. Still no reply from the firm. This has left me no other choice than to contact Klarna. Unacceptable wait time for a reply. I have purchased a lot from here previously and had no issues. It seems as soon as something is wrong they don’t care.
I ordered a coffee table with 2 or 3 weeks of production time. After one month and following up on the order I was told that the production was discontinued and they did nothing to compensate. The worst experience ever.

I bought two products for Christmas. The delivery was fast and the price was fair. One product was a bit wobbly. The customer service was very forthcoming and professional - a very positive experience. Will shop there again!
There were some problems with the last order, but the support team contacted us and quickly resolved the problem. I was very pleasantly surprised and recommend this site. If you have any problems with your order, I advise you to wait for a response from the support service and they will solve it 100%.
I’m writing to follow up on an order I’m still waiting for, despite paying extra for express delivery. Unfortunately, I’ve been unable to reach anyone through your Polish email or phone line. This is my first time ordering from Nordic Nest. The delivery was as stated, the packaging was very good and the light fixture looks great. Very happy with the service and product quality.
Service and merchandise from Nordic Nest was excellent. The timeline given for delivery was exactly as stated and the merchandise even more beautiful than expected…plus a much better price than other shops. Will definitely browse Nordic Nest before future purchases.
It took a very long time to get the goods delivered. it was kind of a big deal because they were Christmas gifts. I ordered them one month before Christmas and they should have been delivered within one or two weeks. I got them two days before Christmas. otherwise, the goods were fine. However, with so many stores to choose from selling exactly the same thinga, Selling exactly the same things I doubt I will order from them again.
