She did answer all the questions that I had asked. I was happy to know that there is an indicator on the filter of the machine to tell you when it was time to replace . I had somebody recommend this product so I am very excited to try it.

Order filled promptly

My bi-annual heating and air was done today. I was told i needed to order a nano bulb replacement. The technician gave me the web address and product info so I sat down and placed the order without any problems. later that day I was informed via email that the product was on its way. Thanks for the ease and efficiency in placing the order.

I contacted Customer Service and told them my special needs for purchasing the small unit. They were so very helpful. I own 2 other units that I purchased last year. They are the best air filters ever made!

It was easy to look at options / check out needs some workand…

It was easy to look at options and place the order. I wish it was more apparent that you use SHOP to check out. I did not want to use that credit card but it just happened so quick, I was waiting for you to ask me how I wanted to pay.

I love your product

I love your product - have several air purifiers (old design) and have purchased for my family and my office. Please bring back the old design! New look is so unattractive- I would not want that in my home.

$82 usd to ship a small unit is…

$82 usd to ship a small unit is ridiculous! Staff not checking time zone and phoning at 7am about the address info when it was already sent by email. Promising to have a supervisor call to do “something” about the shipping fee and no one ever following up. Paying $82 on Friday for shipping to have the unit here Monday and it still isn’t here! Very bad experience!

We understand that your package was shipped with the expedited method on Monday however, not shipped out as you anticipated on Friday. Upon investigating the matter, it appears that FedEx was unable to pick up the package from our warehouse on Friday due to a delay on their end. However, we have since called FedEx to express that these types of shipments are extremely important to go out for our customers to meet their expectations. We understand the frustration this situation has caused you, and we will work closely with FedEx to determine the exact cause and prevent such occurrences in the future.


To rectify this situation, we will take the following step:

1. We will refund the expedited shipping cost that you paid so that you won't have to pay for a delayed service that didn't meet your expectations.

We genuinely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding in this matter. We value your business and want to make sure you have a positive experience with our company. We will do everything we can to resolve this situation promptly and to your satisfaction.

Curmudgeon promo

First, and perhaps most relevant, I am a long-term customer that bought my air purifier back in 2005. I still have the original instructional pamphlet that came with it. I've bought 3 or 4 replacement units since then whenever the UV light within the filter gave out. I would call the 800 number on my original pamphlet to order replacement units. This time around, the 800 number turns out to be a spam number that just gives you an endless series of pre-recorded commercials for other products. So I had to learn how to order your filter online... and found out you changed the original designation from AO3000 to AO3000G3. Kinda confusing for an old curmudgeon still rooted in the 20th century! On the plus side, however, you did give me a 15% discount for being an old veteran. So this time I estimated I might still live another 10 years and ordered 3 units instead of just one! If I'm still around to have to order another unit... I just might give Methuselah a run for his money!

Wonderful experience shopping with A Oasis!

Very nice and easy experience shopping with Air Oasis. A bit on the pricey side but id rather have clean air than contaminated pollutants filling our lungs!
Charleston SC is great but it's very humid in summer and we need air cleansing to keep mold away.

Dimensions for adequate filtering…

It was just difficult to try to figure out how many I really needed.
My large bedroom/sitting area is away from other rooms. I do have a large living room, dining room, kitchen and eating area, all open to one space.
I have an upstairs with three bedrooms, two bath, and one large family room.

I found the product online

I found the product online, it shipped and arrived in a few days. I’m very happy with the product quality and price. Specially I like the size of the Hepa filters and UV lights. The digital panel with the count of airborne particles is most helpful as well. This is a vastly superior product relative to larger competitors such as Dyson, of which I previously owned several products.

I was given a discount coupon

I was given a discount coupon, which is great, but couldn’t been applied to a order that included replacements, so I had to place 2 separate order and pay extra shipping. I asked for a credit in the account as done before but they said it can’t be done. Other than that the experience in general was 10 put of 10.

Jasmine was extremely helpful and professional. I explained to her that I wanted to purchase an IonicAir UV Purifier, if you still had one, to replace our 25 year old Shaklee AirSource 3000. Jasmine made it happen and was able to sell us the replacement module as well.
