From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Sam Coleman, who was patiently awaiting my arrival despite me being a few minutes late.
Sam took the time to explain the properties available, discuss the different purchasing options, and answer any questions I had. He then kindly showed me my chosen two-bedroom property, explaining its features and the many benefits it had to offer.
I was genuinely amazed by everything the property offered, and it quickly became clear that this was exactly what I had been looking for—and more! Sam's knowledge, patience, and willingness to guide me through the process enabled me to make a well-informed decision with confidence.

As a Hill (Hell) homeowner I wish I’d never bought. It’s month 13 of snagging, our storage battery doesn’t work, the battery manufacturer went bust and we have no warranty. Hill’s customer service is non existent even if you go to Head Office. Currently going to NHBC & the ombudsman as this is the only way to get help. They’re only interested in you before and when you buy, not afterwards. Avoid at all cost!
