I have just received our beautiful dining table. Firstly I asked when I ordered the table, whether we could opt for the quickest delivery possible, as we needed our table for an event this weekend. They delivered! Nothing was too much trouble. Our delivery team Luke and Shane were so lovely, patient and professional. They made the whole process a breeze, even when assembling the very large dining table while trying to keep noise to a minimum as my son was asleep upstairs (we didn’t hear a peep!) Thank you so much from a delighted customer!

Amazing service. I wanted a specific pillow from a European supplier that they stock. I saw it on the suppliers website (the supplier don’t sell direct to consumer, only via stockists) but not on S&W site. I asked them if they could get it for me and S&W made me a same day custom listing on the website so that I could buy it through them.
Exceptional service. From online search and selection then phone advise with Lucy and prompt delivery everything was just great Fill five star Thanks for great service
The sofa is fantastic quality and the team is extremely helpful at answering queries and getting the specifications just right. The delivery team of Tony and Luke were lovely too. Very friendly, respectful about shoes etc. and got the sofa exactly how we wanted it.

Really lovely experience from ordering to delivery. Emma was very helpful with my order, making all the changes I requested. Shane and Tony were very professional when delivering and installing the new sofa. Delivered on time and wore shoe protectors to protect the flooring. The Lansdowne sofa is perfect. Really well made and comfortable. Very happy client!!
Really helpful customer service who informed me the mirror I’d ordered would take longer than usual to arrive. They kindly took the time to suggest alternatives which would come more quickly. I decided to keep to my original order in the end which arrived yesterday. We are absolutely thrilled with the mirror which is unique and fits perfectly with our decor. Thank you S&W!

Unfortunately I’ve given one star as could not send on no stars ..? Sofa I received was marked in several Places …piping hanging right off I was Offered a repair on a brand new sofa can you believe which I obviously refused Was going to exchange for a different sofa they were not willing to assist with my requests I required in leather I’m a 63 year old woman… I’m disabled I suffer from complex health conditions which all this stress have caused my Asthma to worsen On delivery I had to have my windows removed at my own expense and choice as had no other choice I have requested a refund due to the attitude I’ve experienced I have advised I want this sofa removed asap To make room for new sofa I have purchased from another company which needs to be paid for as they will not refund me untill sofa has been collected They are expecting me to pay for the removal of the window If I was returning for any other reason would be happy to do Apparently a meeting had been held with Natalie and the director who is refusing to pay for the window fitter to remove and replace my window back This has been reported to trading standards Obviously under the circumstances the sofa Dose not meet description …. not of satisfactory quality… not fit for purpose If sofa would have arrived with no faults I would not be facing this issue

This is a very unusual case for us as we have never had a customer asking for us to cover the cost of the removal of their window before.
We must point out that we asked the following mandatory questions online when you purchased, and you answered as follows - 1. What type of property will we be delivering to?: Flat 2. Is delivery required upstairs?: No 3. Is parking easily available close to the entrance?: Yes 4. Please ensure you have measured your entrance/hallways/stairwells to make sure the goods you have ordered will fit ?: Yes
Please note that the time of your purchase there was no mention of removing a window.
Also, may I point out that when our delivery team arrived at your location, the window hadn’t been removed and I hope you understand but our team could not be expected to wait around for hours, so the sofa was left for your hired help to bring into the room of choice. This was unfortunate as our team are trained to lift and be very careful when manoeuvring to avoid any damage or external pipping to be pulled off. Putting that to one side, we did offer to send out our head technician to your property and to fix the piping. This was refused by you. We then offered a full refund on collection of the sofa, and this has been accepted by you. We now await your availability of dates and times, so that we can put this matter to a close.
Please continue to communicate with us via email, so that we can action the pickup and refund as soon as possible.
The rocket decanter I'd been coveting for a while come on sale at a significantly reduced price with Sweet Pea and Willow. So I've got a great product at a great price and delivered with great service.
I ordered a sculpture in early July. It arrived promptly but sadly was damaged with a piece broken off. The customer service was brilliant, replying immediately and after sending images, assessed the situation quickly. A replacement was sent, wrapped in copious layers of bubble wrap and perfect in every way. A beautiful ornament and an efficient, caring company. Well done Sweetpea & Willow

Lovely table and delivery was bang on time. Shane and Luke from the delivery team were outstanding (10/10) with proactively taking their shoes off before coming inside even before I asked, incredibly polite, approachable and professional. They carried in and assembled the table (top of which alone was 90 kgs!) without a single complaint or any issue and I was very grateful for their service.

Purchased a sideboard online. Initially had a few challenges with a couple of delivery attempts but once the in-house delivery team got involved, they worked magic! Superb delivery service from Tony, Dan F, Shane & Luke - very professional, friendly and handled the furniture, and our property, with respect. Natalie was absolutely fabulous in Customer Service all the way through, and James was also great in the dispatch team. I would highly recommend Sweetpea & Willow products and service.
