Good service and good articles for sale.

There was an original mistake wherein i was reimbursed when the item arrived to me. I offered to pay once the reimbursement arrived to my account and Trendhim and its customer service staff did an exceptional job at assisting and providing rapport through the process. Big fan going forward.

I have just received the products, so it is difficult to rate 100% right now. But my first impression is very good : i like the golden case, although it cannot contain many cards. Like also the other container with elastic that allows more cards in it and thus very practial, but a little heavy for a woman's bag

Ordered on Monday, received on Wednesday. Perfect! The wallet is pure class and the shoulder bag looks outstanding and seems to be good quality. Had a question after receiving the products. The e-mail was answered within less than two hours. Shipping, products, customer service - all perfect!

I ordered a watch form Trendhim a few months ago, and it arrived in perfect conditions, my boyfriend loved it. Unfortunately, the last week he had a problem with this watch and I contacted Trendhim to know if they could do anything about it.. they sent me another watch! They’ve been so polite and so fast too! Thank you very much, you clearly care about your costumers and I can’t wait to buy again from your site.

Great quality of product

The quality of the product was perfect, the price is very correct for Swiss and in the website that say shipping in 3 days

Extremely bad customer service. In other countries I have lived and ordered I have to admit that my experience was different. Maybe my bad experience has to do with the fact that it’s Trendhim.at.
Anyway, the products are overpriced, I had bought one open heart watch and suddenly stopped working but they replaced it. But from that you can see the low quality (most of the products are made in China which isn’t necessarily bad but the quality is bad also). I ordered a necklase for a gift. Not only they delayed to send my parcel but there was an issue with my address while I had filled it properly so the Austrian Post after one week sent the order back. I contacted trendhim asap (minutes after the address problem status on the tracking system) and they told me that allegedly contacted DHL. The thing is that they could have called the Austrian Post ((something I did but I don’t speak German so the agents couldn’t help me) so to correct th address. But they didn’t . Therefore, I’d say overpriced low quality products, good marketing, bad customer service and please if yoy want to make a gift to someone either order one month before or go to a physical store as these guys are unreliable and their customer service don’t care.

I wrote my adress wrong and the package was sent back to the company. I wrote them and they told me that they will send back again to me free of charge and gave me a 10 percent discount on my next purchase on their site. Even though it was totally my fault. Very nice and I receive the package with everything I ordered. Quality stuff and a quality service. Thank you all !
