Recently couriers delivered a package upside down. How long it had been like that is not clear. It must have been a while because the plants in the hanging baskets had come out of their baskets in spite of the restraints to keep them safe.
After easing the plants back into the baskets and hoping for the best, YouGarden were contacted and photos sent showing the result of the courier's carelessness. The problem was dealt with and a credit given very promptly. Five stars to Yougarden and none to the courier.

You Garden often has great offers for plants etc. Communication via email is good. My plants are usually a good standard, well packaged and arrive promptly.

Plants arrived very well wrapped, nice buds, colours marked with coloured tape, very helpful. Time will tell as to how they turn out, but so far, so excellent. Gave them a good drink and potted up individually. Thank you.

Plants arrived a day late, this was due to the delivery company used. When I opened the box, plants were all on top of each other at one end, hopefully they will recover. More secure system needs to be used as relying on delivery company/driver is not sufficient.

Yodel driver claimed that the package was refused at the door. We were in at the time and nobody called at our address. The single star represents the fact the parcel was delivered normally by another delivery firm three days later.

My order was dealt with & dispatched very quickly & efficiently . I was very pleased with my rose bushes . They were well packed by you but unfortunately not well handled by the carrier as the white one was damaged but through no fault of your own . Hopefully it will be ok .

I recently received an order which was incorrect - not what I ordered. I have used YouGarden for a few years now and this was the first time I have encountered any problems with them.
However after contacting them and providing evidence of the mix up I was very pleased with the speed of the resolution of this issue. They very quickly pinpointed the problem and immediately sent a replacement order.
Good customer service is the hallmark of a great company - So thanks YouGarden. I'll be back!!!

Products dispatched quickly but delivery took a while. They were with the delivery company longer than expected and the plants were dried out when I received them. Watered them immediately so keeping my fingers crossed. Also did not deliver to request left on doorstep.

Received a huge box of bulbs 600 for the price of the postage .. as always a great bargain from YouGarden ... just have to be patient and wait until spring to see what I have purchased

I have searched everywhere and been unable to find wallflowers this year so ordered some from YouGarden, they arrived very quickly, well packaged, and in good health. I am very pleased, the smell of wallflowers gives such a lift when warmer days seem a long way off. Already planted in pots and borders.

Ordered 3 fruit trees and some other plants. Whilst trees were bigger than expected, the pear tree was badly damaged with only 1 branch intact leaving a very lopsided tree. Advised YouGarden and they have dispatched a replacement with no quibble.

Main part of the order cancelled. Allowed me to order and pay. No email sent to inform. Paid £6.99 delivery charge for basically 2 packets of bulbs and a set of houseplants. Wouldn’t have bothered for that. YOU GARDEN refused to refund delivery charge when I contacted to query. Poor product information and awful customer service. Won’t be using this company again
Updated: Not 1 item at all (your reply) That is incorrect YOUGARDEN - it was 5 planters and there was no message in the delivery. Poor response.

I purchased two ready planted winter pansy hanging baskets and they were dreadful, it looks like the packer flattened all the plants during the packing procedure.
I contacted customer services with photos and they claimed there is nothing wrong, "keep watering" was the response!!! The kiss of life wouldn't revive these plants!!!
