Great service

My plant took a little while to get to me, but was well worth the wait.
It's in very good condition and is flourishing.

I was very happy with my order when …

I was very happy with my order when it was received. The plugs had dried out a little but after a good soak they are picking up well. The bulbs look good but until they all come up I won't know. I am sure they will look smashing when they open out.

The roses came as promised.

The roses came well packed and in good condition .I await the results next year. Further I look forward to ordering some perenials.

Poor Delivery

Parcel was left outside in car park and found by a resident. I had no idea delivery had been attempted and I was at home.

Excellent Plants…

I've used You Garden for 3 years now and the plants are always excellent. They are boxed very well for delivery too.

I will never use You Garden again.My plants were supposed to arrive in…

My plants were supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. I got them 15 days later no email nothing. I tried to cancel but was told they were on their way. The argument was very suspicious.

I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with time taken to dispatch on this occasion, where we had a short stock gap on the pansies. Unfortunately when you contacted us to cancel, they were already in dispatch so this wasn't possible. We trust they were since safely delivered and hope you're now enjoying the plants. But if there was any quality issue you have the reassurance of our full 30 day guarantee should you need to contact Customer Services via cs@yougarden.com email address. Or if unplanted and there's no quality issue, we accept returns in saleable condition for refund if you'd rather send them back (at your own postage cost) as another option. Emma.
